I’m Kate. I’ve struggled with my weight most of my life, constantly back and forth between losing and gaining. I founded this blog back in 2014, because I decided to pay more attention to the things I was cooking. I have a huge sweet tooth so I also gave myself the challenge of creating delicious tasting sweet treats that were lightened-up.
