Try this delicious homemade chicken burger recipe for the whole family immediately!

Ingredients 

  • 500 g. ground chicken
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs, 30 g,
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup chopped onion, 60 g.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions 

  • Sauté the onion: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until softened.
  • Combine the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, bread crumbs, sautéed onion, egg, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Form the patties: Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • Cook the burgers: Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Serve: Serve on your favorite buns with your favorite toppings. I also recommend trying the burger accompanied by grilled vegetables, as a much healthier option than bread.
