This brand of cheddar cheese is Trader Joe’s most popular item. At 7 grams of protein per ounce, this cheese is a great afternoon snack. Pair it with some Trader Joe’s Bite Size Everything crackers, and even your kids will love this snack. 

1 oz is 5 ww points. 110 calories, 9 g fat, 0 g carbs, 7 g protein, 0 g fiber, 0 g sugar, 180 mg sodium. 

Mediterranean Style Hummus

This hummus is traditional and very clean. With it, you get a little bit of everything- some healthy fats, protein, and fiber from the chickpeas, and a few carbs. Pair it with some freshly cut crunchy veggies, and you’ve got a nutrient-dense appetizer or snack.

Creamy Cauliflower Jalapeno Dip

Trader Joe’s has created the perfect mini, sweet treat. Hold the Cone ice cream cones are so mini that 3 is a serving. It will give you the ice cream fix you are looking for but without overloading you with calories for the day. They have even made “Hold the Dairy” vegan versions so people with dairy allergies can enjoy them.

Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert Chocolate Fudge Oat Bars
