Going to Costco on a Sunday is like entering a whole new world. If you know you know! But we still do it- the free samples have an unreal hold on us. This list is going to make your Costco trip worth it. Healthy snacks that are delicious, worth the price and the calories, will, have you going back to Costco often (or at least using Instacart so you don’t have to fight the crowds).

Chomps Sticks

These clean versions of beef sticks are perfect for upping your protein intake. There are multiple flavors, but each serving is 9-10 grams of protein. That’s more than an egg! 

Jalapeno Turkey Sticks are ww 2 points. 60 calories, 2.5 g fat, .5 g carbs, 10 g protein, 0 g fiber, 0 g sugar, 290 mg sodium.

That’s It Bars 

You can’t get a cleaner snack than a fruit bar with 1-2 ingredients! Fruit is a portable snack, but these bars allow you to keep them stocked in a purse or car for emergencies- like if you get stuck in traffic and get angry. That’s It bars range from 2-3 weight watchers points, and come in multiple different fruit combinations. The Costco pack has Strawberry, Mango, and Blueberry. These are great for kids!  

Ranges from 2-3 ww points. 60 calories, 0 g fat, 12 g carbs, 0 g protein, 2 g fiber, 10 g sugar, 15 mg sodium. 

Kirkland Signature Cheese Fruit & Nut Packs

You gotta love a portable charcuterie board. Costco combines cheese, dried fruit, and mixed nuts into a small portion so that you can get in a variety of nutrients during your afternoon snack. 

Cheese fruit and nut packs are 8 ww points. 180 calories, 12-13 g fat, 11-13 g carbs, 8 g protein, 1-2 g fiber, 8 g sugar, 180 mg sodium.

Babybel Mini Snack Cheese

If you love cheese, it’s probably very easy for you to snack away on a pound of cheese. But some cheese can be high in fat and not offer a lot of protien. Babybel Mini Cheese rounds are almost equal in their protein and fat content, making it a filling, healthy, morning or afternoon snack. 

1 20g piece ranges from 2-3 points depending on the flavor. 70 calories, 5 g fat, 0 g carbs, 4 g protein, 0 g fiber, 0 g sugar, 150 mg sodium. 

Skinny Pop Individual Bags

Popcorn is a great high-fiber snack. It’s the butter content that can really increase the calories and make it unhealthy. Skinny Pop has fixed that problem by using very clean ingredients to make healthy, snackable popcorn. Each individual bag is only 100 calories and offers 4 grams of fiber. 

.65 oz package is ww 3 points. 100 calories, 7 g fat, 10 g carbs, 1 g protein, 4 g fiber, 0 g sugar, 50 mg sodium. 

Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt + Catalina Crunch

Oikos has made delicious non-fat Greek yogurt with zero artificial sugars and zero added sugar. Costco’s pack offers a range of flavors- strawberry, vanilla, mixed berry- and each container is only 2 ww points.  It makes a great snack on its own, but we love a little granola with yogurt. Instead of high-fat, high-carb granola, top it with Costco’s Keto Catalina Crunch. It has no added sugar and is gluten and grain free. Catalina Crunch is a sweet blend of plant-based protein and fiber, so it’ll keep you fuller for longer and it also promotes gut health. On top of that, it’s completely vegan, soy-free, and has no sugar alcohols. This snack combo alone is worth the trip to Costco to stock up! You’ll get 26 grams of protein and 9 grams of fiber in this snack. 

Oikos Greek Yogurt: 2 ww points. 110 calories, 0 g fat, 13-14 g carbs, 15 g protein, 6 g fiber, 6 g sugar, 65 mg sodium. Catalina Crunch ½ cup serving is 2 ww points. 110 calories, 5 g fat, 14 g carbs, 11 g protein, 3 g fiber, 0 g sugar, 110 mg sodium. 

RX Bars

Costco has a ton of options for protien bars and snack bars. Your best bet for health and price is RX Bars. They are made with only a few ingredients – all ingredients you’ll know how to pronounce! Egg whites give clean protein, dates bind the bar together and offer carbs for energy, and the nuts add healthy fats and texture. Costco’s pack comes in two flavors: Peanut Butter Chocolate and Chocolate Sea Salt (which is a personal favorite!) 

One bar is 5 ww points. 210-220 calories, 9 g fat, 23 g carbs, 12 g protein, 5 g fiber, 13-14 g sugar, 260-310 mg sodium. 

Kim Nori Organic Seasoned Seaweed Snack, Sea Salt

Want a salty, crunchy snack for almost no calories? Seaweed it is! Dried seaweed contains antioxidants that help protect every cell in the body. So not only are you getting a satisfying crunchy snack, you’re improving your health at the same time. 

1 pack is 0 ww points. 20 calories, 2 g fat, 1 g carbs, 1 g protein, 1 g fiber, 0 g sugar, 45 mg sodium. 

Premier Protein Shakes

When it comes to a ready-to-drink protein shake, Premier is the best. And Costco has hopped on that train by offering multiple different flavors. You can find caramel (the best), chocolate, vanilla, and even caffe latte. If you haven’t seen the viral protein coffee, grab one of these caramel Premier shakes, and pour it over ice with two shots of espresso. It’s a delicious, caffeinated, caramel protein latte- with only 5 carbs! 

1 shake is 2-3 ww points depending on flavor. 160 calories, 3 g fat, 5 g carbs, 30 g protien, 3 g fiber, 1 g sugar, 180 mg sodium. 

Popcorners Individual Bags 

Chips are one of the most unhealthy snack options out there. It’s so easy to overeat them because they taste so good! But almost all chips are very high in saturated fat which increases your risk of chronic diseases. Popcorners has fixed that issue. They offer crunchy “chips” in individual bags. But each bag has only .5 grams of saturated fat and is under 150 calories. You can ease the chip craving without the unhealthy side effects.
