Buffalo chicken rolls

March 5, 2017

I was craving a buffalo chicken dish, cause let’s be honest when am I not craving it ๐Ÿ˜‰ I wanted to keep it simple and something I could whip up quickly as I did not have a lot of time to be spending in the kitchen.. well these buffalo chicken rolls did not disappoint, delicious and filling! They took me about 10 minutes to prepare and pop in the oven.. These rolls are super spicy and not for those who can’t handle the heat ๐Ÿ˜‰ serves 4 at 7 smart points per serving.

I love this recipe! My rolls don’t look nearly as tidy as yours, but they taste great!! How did you split the 4 chicken breasts into 8? I think I may have done that part wrong… but it all tastes the same right??

Hi Jillian, I cut the chicken breast open, so your left with 2 pieces the same size as the full piece was just thinner, if that makes sense ๐Ÿ˜‰

Did you soften cream cheese or use the type that comes in the tub?

I usually soften it, pop in microwave on low heat for a bit
