This slow cooker chicken stew recipe uses chicken thighs with bones or wings and is made with red potatoes. 2. Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup

I love warming up with a hearty bowl of soup and this Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup absolutely hits the spot! 3. Fall WW Crockpot Recipes: Chicken Taco Soup

This Weight Watchers chicken taco soup recipe is healthy and hearty. My zero point WW tomato sauce makes this delicious soup zero points per serving. Shredded Mississippi Chicken garnished with yellow pepper.

4. Mississippi Chicken

Chicken Mississippi is a classic Southern dish that consists of chicken, pickled peppers, gravy mix, and ranch dressing. The chicken is cooked in a slow cooker for four hours with the peppers, gravy mix, and ranch dressing. The chicken is then shredded and served with the sauce. Mississippi Chicken is a relatively inexpensive dish to make, making it a great option for budget-minded cooks, but it’s also a great way to meal prep some savory chicken for the week.

5. Fall WW Crockpot Recipes: Pulled Chicken BBQ

Just because it’s not summer doesn’t mean you can’t have savory, tender pulled BBQ. I love how easy this recipe is, and the results it makes! It’s just two Weight Watchers points for a ½ cup serving so you should have plenty of room to add a few buns. You could even toss it onto a Flat Out Wrap for a quick, on-the-go lunch.

italian meatball soup

6. Italian Style Chicken Meatball Stew

I love Italian Meatball Stew but it can rack up in Weight Watchers points. This points-friendly version uses fat-free ground chicken for the meatballs, so we can keep the points as light as possible. It’s still delicious though with the addition of all the Italian spices! It’s just 2-3 points per cup!

Chicken and Dumplings in pot

7. Fall WW Crockpot Recipes: Chicken and Dumplings

You can’t go through an entire fall season without a classic dish like chicken and dumplings. This slow cooker version uses canned biscuits so the dumpling process is easier and quicker than you think. You’ll be making chicken and dumplings all season once you see how easy it is!

9. Fall WW Crockpot Recipes: Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese

Imagine a delicious bowl of mac and cheese for just 5 Weight Watchers points… sounds too good to be true, right?! Well, it’s even better than that, because you can throw all the ingredients in a crockpot and have it waiting on you when you get home from the busy day. It’s packed with chicken, so the extra protein makes it a well-balanced meal you can have any night of the week.

10. Pork Tenderloin with Cinnamon Apples

Apples go amazingly with pork, and when’s a better time to have an apple dish than the fall? The apples and cinnamon really highlight this pork’s flavor. This dish may be your new go to for entertaining because it’s impressive yet so easy to make. It’d be fun to serve this with a fall-themed cocktail.

11. Fall WW Crockpot Recipes: Cranberry Apple Pear Stuffing

Cranberry apple pear stuffing may be more of a Christmas dish, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy it in the fall as well. It’d be a fun mix up for Thanksgiving too. Serve this alongside a rotisserie chicken and you’ve got a quick but absolutely delicious fall-themed dinner on the table in no time.

12. Pumpkin Squash Soup

Another fall classic is butternut squash soup, but why not try out a pumpkin version while we’re here? This pumpkin squash soup is creamy, low calorie, and low in Weight Watchers points. Yes, you can make a casserole in the crockpot! Taco Potato Casserole is a tasty marriage between comforting baked potatoes and healthy taco chicken. 14. Chicken Alfredo Soup

This is for when you want a big bowl of pasta, but also need a comforting bowl of soup for just a few Weight Watchers points. Normally a cream-based soup, like potato soup or cheddar broccoli soup is high in fat and calories. One cup of this Chicken Alfredo Soup is only 142 calories and 4 Weight Watchers points!

bowl of baked potato soup

15. Fall WW Crockpot Recipes: Baked Potato Soup

And last but not least, we can’t go through an autumn with the trusty baked potato soup. I know it’s delicious, but I don’t want to spend all my WW points on a bowl of soup, so I make this version instead. It’s lightened up with light cream cheese, light sour cream, and 2% milk, but it’s still just as creamy as traditional baked potato soup. You won’t be disappointed!

Whether you find just one or two favorites to make, or you make all 15, I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as I do. Let me know in the comments what you think!
