Veggies with Zero Point Ranch

Of course, veggies are an easy go-to for a zero-point snack on Weight Watchers, but not all of us love the taste of veggies. That’s where this zero-point ranch comes in. You can make a batch of it, and have it stored in the fridge for when you need to dip some veggies in it. It won’t add to your daily points, but it will give you 5 grams of protein per serving.

¼ cup of the ranch is 0 WW points. 32 calories, 0 g fat, 2.4 g carbs, 5.6 g protein, 0 g fiber, 1.7 g sugar.

Margherita Rice Cake Pizza

Rice cakes are also a fantastic low-point snack. They’re just 1 point each! But plain rice cakes can be very bland. Dress your rice cakes up with this easy pizza recipe straight from Weight Watchers. Search this in your Weight Watchers app and you can add it to your day as well as see all the ingredients required to make it.

Weight Watchers 2024 Snacks:

Avocado Toast with Egg

Sometimes a snack that resembles an actual meal will hold you longer than something like a rice cake. Eggs are a great option because they cook within minutes, and they’re zero points. For just 2 points, you can have this decadent avocado egg toast. Breakfast any time of day is always a good thing!

Open-Faced Rice Cake Sandwiches

Another version of dressed up rice cakes is these nut butter berry rice cakes. By using PB2 powder rather than nut butter, you’ll save calories and points. And since fruit is zero points on the Weight Watchers program, you can pile the berries high! My personal favorite is rice cakes with PB2 powder and sugar-free jelly. Like a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich – but way fewer calories and points.

2 rice cakes + 2 tbsp PB2 is 3 WW points. 130 calories, 2 g fat, 19 g carbs, 7.5 g protein, 1.8 g fiber, 2.2 g sugar, 120 mg sodium.

Wilde Protein Chips Buffalo Style Chips

Protein chips are one of the best inventions from these past few years. They satisfy that salty, crunchy craving, but give you protein rather than tons of fat and carbs. Protein is essential for fat loss, and what better (or fun) way to get protein than eating some crunchy chips?! Wilde has several flavors of protein chips to choose from, but the buffalo style flavor is absolutely delicious.
