These adorable parfaits are the delectable creation of Julie Hartigan, a professional recipe developer working with Weight Watchers on their Freestyle recipes. The individual servings are perfect for parties, but I could eat these anytime!

Fresh strawberries in a nonfat greek yogurt base come together with graham cracker crumbs, fat-free whipped topping, and a bit of zesty lemon juice for a low-calorie, low-point treat that dreams are made of.

2. Chocolate swirl oreo cheesecakes

Cupid got it right bringing Oreos and cream cheese together in these delightful chocolate swirl Oreo cheesecakes! Individual servings help with portion control, and you’ll be grateful! They are creamy, chocolatey, and utterly delicious.

Oreo Light cookies, light butter, and non-fat Greek yogurt help keep these cheesecake cups to just 4 smart points each. Try subbing stevia or Splenda for some or all of the sugar to lower the points even more!
