Ingredients you need to make Key Lime Cheesecake: 

  • 1 ready made graham pie crust
  • 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 heaping cup fat free Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime zest

How to make Key Lime Cheesecake (step by step): 

  1. In a bowl using an electric mixer, cream together the cheese, icing sugar, cool whip and lime juice until it is well blended. Stir in the lime zest, leaving a little aside to sprinkle on top.
  2. Pour the filling into the graham crust, then let it sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  3. Slice, then enjoy!

  •  You can prep this the night before to save lots of time. Just make sure to cover it with Saran wrap so the filling doesn’t develop a crust on top.

    Just wondering, I put all the ingredients in my weight watchers app and it shows
    the points to be 10 and I noticed you have 8. Do you know for sure this recipe is
    8 pts. cuz it sure looks good and I want to make but I want to make sure I track

    1. Hi Erin, all I can go off is what my WW app tells me when I enter the ingredients, perhaps you used a different brand of ingredient? Here is a breakdown in my points, cream cheese- 20, cool whip- 7, graham crust- 30 and icing sugar- 6 hope that helps

    1. Hi Erin, I am not too sure, I only know the points as the recipe states and for 8 servings, you’d need to build the recipe in the WW app and change the serving size to 6
