26 Sides to Serve With Quiche
- 6 cups fresh broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup red onion, diced
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ⅓ cup almond slices
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon each of salt & pepper
- In a small bowl mix together all of the dressing ingredients, and let chill in the fridge.
- Cook the bacon, drain fat and crumble it into small pieces.
