1. WW Summer Salad: Broccoli Salad

Broccoli salads are known to be classic BBQ cookout sides, but in case you didn’t know, they make terrific healthy meal prep options. You can have a batch of this salad made in just about 10 minutes, and the longer it sits in the fridge, the better the flavors get. Pair it with some rotisserie chicken for a full lunch meal, and you’re set!

creamy cucumber salad

2. Creamy Cucumber Salad

This creamy cucumber salad says it serves six, but if you’re a cucumber lover it can easily turn into two portions for when you need a cool, refreshing summer lunch. Again, pair it with some rotisserie chicken (so you don’t have to cook) or a tuna packet, and you’ve got a quick, but delicious, summer lunch.

sweet corn salad

3. WW Summer Salad: Sweet Corn

If you’re not a fan of broccoli, give this sweet corn salad a try. It’s just as easy since it takes about 10 minutes to put together and is only two Weight Watchers points per serving. A fantastic addition to this would be some high fiber, high protein pasta to make it a complete meal.

4. Big Mac Salad

This is a Weight Watchers favorite for a reason. It feels indulgent without being a ton of Weight Watchers points. And, now that extra lean ground beef is zero points on the 2025 plan, you can have it for even fewer points. Pro tip: make a large batch of the dressing and keep it in the fridge so you can dress the salad right before eating (so it doesn’t get soggy).

watermelon berry salad

5. WW Summer Salad: Watermelon Berry

Watermelon Berry salad is the perfect pool side treat. It elevates traditional watermelon slices and turns it into a fun, elevated dish for all your friends to enjoy. The lemon and the mint really bring out the sweetness and flavor of the berries, and it all pairs perfectly with watermelon.

deviled egg pasta salad

6. Deviled Egg Pasta Salad

There’s nothing wrong with a classic pasta salad, but mixing it with two other classics – deviled eggs and egg salad – is just a genius move. You get plenty of protein by adding in the eggs (even more if you use a high fiber high protien pasta), but it gives you a good mix up from the typical grilled chicken salads that may be your current go to.

greek salad

7. WW Summer Salad: Maroulosalata

Speaking of grilled chicken salads, this Greek version is another great way to mix up a classic lettuce salad. It features ricotta, lime, and fennel so you’ll enjoy some of summer’s best flavors in this easy dish. Whip it up for a light appetizer for your next summer brunch and it’ll be a hit.

sushi salad

8. Beautiful Sushi Salad

If sushi is too heavy for you during the summer, make this salad version. You can easily adjust it to your topping preferences and use more lettuce than rice depending on your points for the day. The variations are endless, so really make this one your own!

turkey taco salad

9. WW Summer Salad: Turkey Taco

If you’re in the mood for a good, hearty taco salad this is the ultimate version. IT’s only two Weight Watchers points for the entire bowl, and salads are a great way to incorporate summer’s best veggies. Just like with the Big Mac Salad, you can make this dressing ahead of time so it’s easy to put together when you’re ready to eat.

spinach artichoke pasta salad

10. Spinach and Artichoke Pasta Salad

I love spinach and artichoke pasta salad because it’s bright and colorful from the spinach, but also creamy and refreshing. You get the wonderful flavors of a spinach and artichoke cheesy dish, but in meal form so it’s a great summer go to.

chicken caesar pasta salad

11. WW Summer Salad: Chicken Caesar Pasta

Don’t just have a chicken Caesar salad this summer. Spruce it up with this pasta version! It keeps you fuller for longer, and keeps well in the fridge. I love having a batch of this made up, so I can tailor each portion to my points without having to spend a ton of time in the kitchen.

greek chicken salad bowl

12. Greek Chicken Salad Bowls

I love this green chicken salad because it doesn’t feature lettuce, which is sometimes not as filling as I need it to be. You get delicious chunks of marinated vegetables like cucumbers and tomatoes that bring in the most perfect mediterranean flavors. It’s a great option for someone who wants to incorporate more veggies, but doesn’t actually like salads.

I hope you enjoy these low-point, WW Summer salads as much as I do. They’ll keep your kitchen cool and hassle-free. Make sure to leave a comment letting me know which one is your favorite once you try them!
