1. Blueberry Breakfast Bake

This tart and sweet blueberry breakfast bake succeeds on so many levels. It’s got a delicious biscuit base scented with sugar-free maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon and is packed to the brim with antioxidant-rich blueberries. It’s also only five Weight Watchers points per serving. I like to use cashew milk for an extra velvety texture, but you can swap in any other plant or traditional milk of your liking. This dish comes together with very little hands-on time and browns up beautifully in the oven for a holiday spectacular that the whole family will love.

2. Healthy Hash Brown Casserole

I adore hash browns, but too often, they’re calorie landmines. Enter this five-point healthy casserole to the rescue! I like to make it a day in advance to let the flavors meld and reduce my hands-on time on Christmas morning so that I can pop it into the oven and enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee while it bakes. Fat-free ground turkey keeps the calories low and pairs with warm seasonings like sage and oregano. Reduced-fat shredded cheese is another clever play and makes every bite of this heavenly casserole brimming with flavor.

3. Weight Watchers Friendly Apple Pancakes

At one Weight Watchers point per serving, these pancakes are a great way to snack on seasonal flavors and stick with your diet at the same time. I love the mixture of textures, from the tender chunks of apple to the rolled oats and soft pancake batter. Stevia adds some sweetness and keeps the calorie count low, and ground cinnamon gives each bite a burst of flavor that pairs well with juicy and tart apples.

4. Brown Sugar Oat Coffee Cake

Pair this coffee cake with a freshly brewed cup of your favorite blend for the ideal light Christmas breakfast. It’s just five Weight Watchers points and far better than anything you can pick up at the bakery. A dense and rich coffee cake base gets a boost from unsweetened applesauce, non-fat Greek yogurt, and a touch of sweetness from real vanilla. The crunchy topping is a mixture of brown sugar, quick oats, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. I like to add in just a pinch of salt to deepen the flavor.

5. Sweet Potato Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Sweet potatoes are one of the unsung heroes of the root vegetable world, and they’re truly the most versatile veggie around. This recipe celebrates their savory side, and at just two Weight Watchers points, you’ll enjoy guilt-free satisfaction in every bite. Vitamin-rich cubed sweet potatoes, smoked turkey sausage, eggs, green bell pepper, and Swiss chard make up the bulk of the dish, with garlic, onion, and seasoning rounding out the flavors. The result is an ultra-healthy and tasty Christmas morning dish that will keep you fueled well into the afternoon.

6. Weight Watchers Pumpkin French Toast Casserole

I love a good French toast, and this four-point version combines classic French toast flavors with the warming taste of seasonal pumpkin for a dish that your whole family will adore. Each bite is full of velvety, pumpkin custard and thick slices of good bread, walking the line between breakfast and dessert. It’s also exceptionally simple to make with pumpkin, eggs, a splash of milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and sliced bread. Cover everything with a zero-calorie brown sugar topping for an extra bit of texture and sweetness.

7. Weight Watchers Tortilla Quiche Bake

At three Weight Watchers points per serving, this tasty tortilla quiche bake is a simple, hearty Christmas morning meal that’s also a great way to use up leftover vegetables in your refrigerator. You just need one low-point tortilla, a few eggs, fat-free cottage cheese, and mozzarella cheese for a satiny, rich texture without the calories, seasoning, and vegetables of your choice. I like to use tomatoes, bell peppers, and mushrooms, but you can swap in zucchini, carrots, or anything else you have on hand. The combination of vegetables, perfectly seasoned eggs, and tortilla is a winner.

8. Caramel Pretzel Donuts

Before you hit up the bakery on Christmas morning, consider giving these simple three-point donuts a try. They come together in less than half an hour from start to finish and are oven-roasted for that crisp outside and crumbly inside. Brown sugar and vanilla extract make the base just sweet enough, and the combination of sugar-free caramel sauce and some Weight Watchers mini-pretzels is the perfect textural and taste counterpart. Trust me when I tell you that these donuts are better than any Christmas cookie, especially with your morning coffee.

9. Weight Watchers Dutch Baby

Try this recipe if you’re looking for a grander, better version of a pancake that’s crispy around the edges and rich and eggy in every bite. You’ll need a cast iron skillet and a handful of easy ingredients to make this four Weight Watcher’s point dish. Six eggs, a cup of flour, salt, vanilla extra, light butter substitute, and the plant or traditional milk of your choice make up your Dutch Baby base, and vanilla and nutmeg add just the right amount of sweetness. The recipe is great as-is, but you can also customize it to taste with some lemon dest, nuts, or seasonal fruits.

10. Everything Bagel Casserole

Everything But The Bagel seasoning is one of my kitchen secret weapons because it’s packed with flavor and is Weight Watchers friendly. This dish makes the most of the everything bagel flavor profile, and you can enjoy it for just five Weight Watchers points per serving. Start with homemade two-ingredient bagels made from Greek yogurt and self-rising flour and topped with Everything But The Bagel seasoning; add in a blend of Laughing Cow herb and garlic cheese and reduced-fat shredded cheese, and one bacon for crunch. Milk and eggs give the casserole a velvety texture and tie it all together.

11. Weight Watchers Gingerbread Muffins

What’s Christmas morning without muffins? These two Weight Watchers point gingerbread muffins keep the seasonal flavors on point and the calorie count low. The key to diet-friendly success is in the ingredients themselves, with plain yogurt, mashed banana, and egg whites providing a dense and decadent base and molasses, cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla creating that spicy but sweet gingerbread flavor.

12. Weight Watchers Pumpkin Bread

You can make this pumpkin bread ahead of time and gently heat it up on Christmas morning to enjoy after opening the stockings. At two Weight Watchers points per serving, it’s the ideal way to start your holiday. You’ll need two cups of pumpkin puree, a few eggs, whole wheat flour, rolled oats, some spices, and vanilla and Stevia for a touch of sweetness. Each bite is bursting with that nostalgic pumpkin bread taste and hearty enough to carry you all the way through until lunch.

Keep the joy of the holiday season while sticking to your diet goals. These recipes all have a low Weight Watcher’s point value and will ensure that you’ll easily fit into your New Year’s Eve outfit with no problem at all.
