1. Parmesan Chicken Tenders

These three-point tendies are a Weight Watchers win. You only need seven ingredients, plus a touch of salt and pepper to taste, to get them on your plate. Panko crumbs and freshly grated parmesan cheese make them sing, and a light dash of garlic powder and Italian seasoning provides a great depth of flavor. I make these when I want quick comfort food that won’t derail my diet.

2. Buffalo Chicken Baked Potato

This Buffalo Chicken Baked Potato is an indulgence at seven points, but not an over-the-top one. Plus, it hits all of those carby, cheesy, and salty notes that most of us crave after a long day at work. Six humble ingredients are all that you need, including shredded chicken (I love to use leftover rotisserie chicken for this), low-fat cream cheese, light Ranch, and some grated cheese. Pack it all into a potato and drizzle on the Franks hot sauce for those classic Buffalo flavors.

3. Pull Apart Pizza Bread

Pull Apart Pizza Bread is a slimmer, healthier alternative to Dominos at roughly five Weight Watchers points per serving. You’ll get those satisfying pizza flavors without the residual guilt and food coma that comes from scarfing down a pie. Plus, it’s super simple to make with five ingredients you probably already have on hand. Pillsbury biscuits are the base, string cheese, turkey pepperoni, and some shredded cheese round off those pizza flavors, and you can even dip it all in marinara sauce without racking up too many points.

4. Quick and Easy Salsa Verde Chicken

With just three Weight Watchers points, four ingredients, and an oven-to-plate time of about 15 minutes, this recipe is a fantastic option for those nights when you’re absolutely dead tired after a long day. You need chicken breasts, Salsa Verde Mexicana, a touch of shredded mozzarella cheese, olive oil, and salt and pepper to create a multi-flavored, scrumptious dish in no time.

This spin on classic Chicken Francese sets you back a mere two Weight Watchers points while sacrificing zero flavor. It’s a tried-and-true combination of crunchy and juicy breaded chicken, citrus, and a splash of wine. You’ll be able to get this dish on your table in half an hour, and it only requires seven ingredients plus salt and pepper to your liking.

Herb Grilled Salmon (Olive Garden Copycat) with broccoli florets on a plate.

6. Herb Grilled Salmon (Olive Garden Copycat)

Salmon is one of the best superfoods around, a powerhouse of Omega-3 fatty acids, and one of the most delicious proteins available. This lightened-up Olive Garden copycat recipe is just three Weight Watchers points a serving, and you’ll get all that buttery goodness and zesty herb flavor. I like to use fresh garlic for a classic, nuanced bite, but you can swap in anything you have on hand. It’s just seven ingredients, plus butter, salt and pepper to taste.

7. Instant Pot Apple Balsamic Chicken

If there’s one MVP recipe in this roundup, Instant Pot Apple Balsamic Chicken is it. Thanks to your speedy Instant Pot, you can infuse some major, layered flavors into the dish in a flash, making it both company-ready and simple enough for an indulgent weeknight meal. The combination of balsamic vinegar and apple juice sings, and you only need six ingredients, including salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary to garnish.

8. Buffalo Pulled Pork With Bacon

This three-point Weight Watchers wonder is an epic crock pot meal you can set, forget, and enjoy as soon as you slip your shoes off. I love barbeque, but it always leaves me feeling a bit guilty afterward, so this five-ingredient recipe with a generous glug of Franks hot sauce hits the spot and keeps me on my diet track. The bacon takes it to the next level, giving the deal an indulgent kick that will make you think you’re eating something caloric even though you’re not.

9. Deliciously Light Chicken Florentine

With two Weight Watchers points a serving and simply six ingredients, not counting oil, salt, and pepper, this spin on Chicken Florentine has the power to transport you straight to Florence without packing on those points. Plus, you probably have everything you need right in your kitchen. Thin chicken cutlets, creamy yogurt, parmesan cheese, chicken broth, and some spinach come together harmoniously to form a texturally exciting and simply super yummy meal.

10. Easiest Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks

Investing in an air fryer was one of the smartest decisions I’ve ever made for my kitchen convenience and my waistline, especially because I get to cook up tasty dishes like these air fryer drumsticks. At only four points each, they taste like fried chicken with the zing of smoked paprika and a bit of garlic, but you can snack on them guilt-free. You only need five ingredients plus salt and pepper to put these beauties on your table.

11. Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels

At between seven and eight points, these Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels are on the higher end of our roundup, but they’re too tasty not to feature. Also, sometimes it’s okay to treat yourself, and these make the ultimate ‘girl dinner.’ You just need tortillas, chicken, light Ranch dressing, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and hot sauce to taste. Roll them up and decompress with a Netflix binge and some proper comfort food. You’ve earned it.

12. Broccoli Cheese Soup

This has got to be the creamiest, most accessible, healthiest soup in my recipe box, and you can fully enjoy it for only two Weight Watchers points per serving. All you need is some broccoli, almond milk, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and cream cheese to whip up a batch of the most velvety, stick-to-your-ribs soup around.
