Loved this! We made it with leftover shreded chicken from the Fajita pasta bake and it was delicious and easy. Thanks!
Awesome, I love that it’s an easy dish to whip up.. so glad you enjoyed it Katherine ๐
Could I make it in the oven?
Yes of coarse, I often do my potatoes in the oven ๐
How long would you need to bake them.
Baked potatoes in the oven can very, depending on size and your oven, I like to pop them in microwave for a bit first then bake at least 40 minutes (400F) you might need longer than that, you can try piercing them with a fork to see if they are done
I made it tonight,my husband and I loved it! I’m not the griller in our family. It came out perfect, thanks for the great recipe!

Really, really good! Big hit with the kid.
Sweet! Your kids have good taste ๐ glad you enjoyed it!
I know that it would be better with cooked shredded chicken, if you didn’t have any on hand would canned chicken be okay to use?
Yes, I think canned chicken would work fine ๐

Thanks for sharing.. all of those potatoes look divine!! ๐
Do you rub oil on your potatoes before baking them? They look like they are shiny. Also, what are you serving with it? Is that a piece of sausage or kielbasa that you also grilled? My mouth is watering! ๐
