Yes of coarse, I often do my potatoes in the oven 🙂

Baked potatoes in the oven can very, depending on size and your oven, I like to pop them in microwave for a bit first then bake at least 40 minutes (400F) you might need longer than that, you can try piercing them with a fork to see if they are done

  2. I made it tonight,my husband and I loved it! I’m not the griller in our family. It came out perfect, thanks for the great recipe!

I know that it would be better with cooked shredded chicken, if you didn’t have any on hand would canned chicken be okay to use?

    • Drizzle Reply

Yes, I think canned chicken would work fine 🙂

Thanks for sharing.. all of those potatoes look divine!! 🙂

  5. Do you rub oil on your potatoes before baking them? They look like they are shiny. Also, what are you serving with it? Is that a piece of sausage or kielbasa that you also grilled? My mouth is watering! 🙂

  14. DELICIOUS! I followed the recipe exact (x4) and it was perfect. I used a rotisserie chicken, which made this so easy for a weeknight meal. Thank you so much!
