Everyone loves a good muffin and there are so many flavor combos you can play around with when baking up a batch. I love making muffins and freezing them for a quick grab & go breakfast. All of these muffin recipes are lightened up and WW-friendly. I use simple ingredients and avoid any sugar substitutes, I like the motto “a little can go a long way” just by decreasing the sugar amount you still get a delicious muffin that you can easily fit into your day on WW or if you are counting calories.
