If you are reading this, than you know all about delicate yet delightful taste and flaky texture of buttery pastries. My versions uses store bought dough so you can keep the flavor but safe the time. No need for hours of rolling thin dough sheets and cooling them, there are plenty of great already made dough options and the best part is they still taste fabulous.

Better yet, all of my recipes here are only 3 weight watchers points or fewer but you won’t feel cheated out of dessert when trying them.

1.S’mores Pizza Roll-Ups (3 WW Points)

Everyone loves s’mores this time of year and these roll-ups will be devoured by all who lay their eyes on the treat. With only 3 WW points per serving and 4 simple ingredients, these gooey treats with a nice graham cracker finish will make a lasting stay on your dessert rolodex. The roll-ups come together in under 10 minutes and another 10 minutes in the oven.

      2.Pecan Pinwheels (3 WW Points)

Pecan pinwheels drizzled with maple syrup has a breakfast for dessert flavor and that is a positive in everyway! I use Pillsbury crescent rolls for the soft, buttery light dough and it absorbs the chocolate bites and makes a gooey and lovely chocolate pocket. These come together in 20 minutes and be sure to serve them warm.

3.Three Ingredient Crescent Bites (3 WW Points)

These quick and easy treats are perfect for any occasion and require just three ingredients. Each bite offers a delightful combination of buttery crescent rolls, melted chocolate, and creamy peanut butter. With only 3 WW points per serving, they make a light yet satisfying dessert.

4.Chocolate Chip Ricotta Cookies (3 WW Points)

What is a treat list without a version of chocolate chip cookies! My ricotta cookies are always crowd pleasers and really do taste like a cannoli and chocolate chip cookie had a baby. I love them for dessert with a copy of coffee or tea.

5.Peanut Butter & Jelly Pinwheels (3 WW Points)

These PB&J pinwheels were created when I had extra dough and was craving the classic on white bread. It turned into an irresistible treat that was ready in 5 minutes. For a big group or small, these are loved by the whole family and they only take 3 ingredients.

      6.Cinnamon Twists (2 WW Points)

Just like a churro but without all the extra calories and Weight Watchers points. Every time I make these for guests they are shocked how great they taste with only using 2 grams of sugar per serving. The light dusting of sugar coupled with cinnamon goes a long way on these twists.

7.Apple Crisp Pizza (2 WW Points)

Dessert pizza was always a “thing” growing up and my family would make all sorts of versions but one we all loved was the apple crisp pizza. I created this recipe to pair down the amount of sugar without eliminating the sweet gooeyness I grew up loving. This pizza is like an apple pie crumble and makes a great recipe for dinner parties or picknicks.

8.Blueberry Cinnamon Cream Cheese Pinwheel (2 WW Points)

These little blueberry treats use only 4 ingredients and 20 minutes of your time and totally worth it! These happy creations are great any time of the day with only 2 WW points each, go ahead and have a second serving.

      Mini monkey bread muffins

9.Mini Monkey Bread (1 WW Point)

These little monkey bread bites are so easy to make and really are a weekday lifesaver. Plus they are easy to portion control and taste amazing. This version again has less sugar to keep unnecessary WW points away, but are still shockingly delicious. They are ready in 15 minutes and outside of the dough and applesauce, you probably have all the other ingredients on hand.
