Pumpkin Spice Latte season came back on August 25, and if you’re anything like me, you’re wondering “how many WW points is this?” So I went through the whole 2026 Starbucks fall menu, every drink plus the new food, and ranked it by Weight Watchers points.

Every drink also gets a lighter way to order it, so you can see what changes.

About the numbers. All of these items were calculated in the WW app, but some get ranges to account for order variability.

One main takeaway for all readers is that most of this menu is high in points. 14 of the 20 items land above 10 points as listed. So in general I would say this menu is not very WW friendly, but I included some links along the way for WW friendlier versions or alternatives.

Enjoy!

The Lightest On The Menu: 10 Points Or Under

Everything here is 10 WW points or under as listed, estimated.

1. Aerocano

New for 2026. As listed: Grande (16oz), espresso and water, no milk, no syrup.

Points as listed: 0 Points, estimated from the label.

Lighter order: None needed. It’s espresso and water.

Blonde espresso whipped with air until it’s frothy, then poured over ice. Starbucks says the air-whipping puts the lighter roast front and center, and with no milk and no syrup there’s nothing in the cup but coffee. If you drink your coffee black, it’s the most interesting new thing on the menu.

2. Iced Chaider

New for 2026. As listed: Grande, chai concentrate shaken with Strawberry Açaí base, over ice, no milk.

Points as listed: 4 to 6 Points, estimated from the label.

Lighter order: Tall (12oz), as it comes.

The new one everyone’s curious about. Chaider is chai shaken over ice with no milk at all, so it drinks like a spiced iced tea instead of a latte: crisp and bright. Despite the name there’s no cider in the cup. Starbucks gets the fruity side from its Strawberry Açaí base.

There’s nothing to take off a Chaider, so the lighter order is simply a smaller cup.

3. Pecan Cortado

Returning. As listed: Short (8oz, the only size), whole milk, 3 shots, 2 pumps pecan syrup, pecan crunch topping.

Points as listed: 5 to 8 Points, estimated from the label.

Lighter order: Short, nonfat milk, 1 pump pecan syrup.

The smallest fall drink, and the one for people who actually like the taste of coffee. It’s mostly espresso, so there are only two things to change, ask for nonfat milk in place of whole, and one pump of pecan syrup in place of two.

Small cup, big flavor, and it’s gone before it has time to go cold. It’s a lovely little finish after lunch.

4. Hedgehog Cake Pop

New for 2026. As listed: 1 cake pop.

Points as listed: 7 to 9 Points, estimated from the label.

Vanilla cake mixed with buttercream, dipped in a chocolaty coating, finished with chocolate sprinkles and a little hedgehog face. It is very cute and it knows it.

There’s no lighter order for a cake pop; it’s a two-bite treat as it comes.

5. Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket

New for 2026. As listed: 1 pocket.

Points as listed: 9 Points, estimated from the label.

A toasted whole-wheat lavash pocket filled with chicken, bacon and a garlic herb cheese spread, and the only thing on the fall menu that eats like lunch. There’s no lighter order; it comes one way. On the breakfast side, our copycat Starbucks egg bites are 1 point each as written.

6. Pumpkin Mini Pie

New for 2026. As listed: 1 mini pie.

Points as listed: 8 to 10 Points, estimated from the label.

A few bites of pumpkin pie: creamy spiced pumpkin filling in a little crust with a leaf pressed into the top. You can ask for it warmed.

There’s no lighter order; this already is the small one. Our pumpkin pie squares are the same idea by the pan, at 4 points a square as written.

The Middle Of The Menu: 11 To 20 Points

Everything here is 11 to 20 WW points as listed, at the high end of each estimate.

7. Pecan Mini Pie

New for 2026. As listed: 1 mini pie.

Points as listed: 10 to 12 Points, estimated from the label.

Buttery, caramelized pecan filling in a flaky golden crust, sized for one. There’s no lighter order on a pie; it comes one way.

8. Apple Crumble Mini Pie

New for 2026. As listed: 1 mini pie.

Points as listed: 12 to 14 Points, estimated from the label.

Tender apples under a buttery streusel topping, baked in a little crust, and the closest thing to apple on the 2026 fall menu, since there are no apple drinks this year. The streusel is what puts it highest of the three pies, and there’s no way to order it without. Our fall recipe guide covers apple along with pumpkin and sweet potato.

9. Pecan Crunch Latte

Returning. As listed: Grande (16oz), 2% milk, 4 pumps pecan syrup, pecan crunch topping.

Points as listed: 9 to 15 Points, estimated from the label.

Lighter order: Grande, nonfat milk, 2 pumps pecan syrup, keep the crunch topping.

Pecan is back for the people who are already tired of pumpkin: Blonde espresso and steamed milk with pecan syrup, which Starbucks describes as nutty, brown-buttery and full of baking spice, plus a crunchy pecan-flavored sugar on top. The lighter order halves the syrup to two pumps and swaps to nonfat milk, and the crunch topping stays.

Our pecan thumbprint cookies are the same idea in cookie form, 3 points a serving as written.

10. Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

Returning. As listed: Grande, cold brew, 2 pumps vanilla syrup, pumpkin cream cold foam, pumpkin spice topping.

Points as listed: 15 Points, in the WW app.

Lighter order: Ask for the “Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Less Sugar Edit” (2 pumps sugar-free vanilla instead of vanilla syrup), or order the regular one with light foam.

Under the foam this is plain cold brew with two pumps of vanilla, so the pumpkin part is all in that float of pumpkin cream on top.

Starbucks also lists a “Less Sugar Edit” of this drink on its own menu: the same Grande with two pumps of sugar-free vanilla in place of the regular syrup, ordered by name. On the homemade side, our pumpkin oatmeal cookies are 1 point a serving as written.

11. Pumpkin Spice Chai

New for 2026. As listed: Grande (16oz), 2% milk, 4 pumps chai concentrate, 4 pumps pumpkin sauce, pumpkin spice topping.

Points as listed: 10 to 16 Points, estimated from the label.

Lighter order: Grande, nonfat milk, 2 pumps pumpkin sauce.

The quiet one of the pumpkin group: no whip, no foam, no espresso, just spiced black tea, steamed milk and pumpkin sauce with a dusting of pumpkin spice. Chai and pumpkin sauce are both sweet, so the lighter order halves the pumpkin sauce and swaps to nonfat milk.

For anyone who usually orders a chai latte, this is the smallest step into pumpkin season.

12. Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin

Returning. As listed: 1 muffin.

Points as listed: 16 Points, in the WW app.

The fall bakery classic: a spiced pumpkin muffin with a sweet cream cheese center and spiced pepitas on top. There’s no pump to cut on a muffin, so there’s no lighter order. Our pumpkin cream cheese muffins at home come in at 3 points a muffin as written.

13. Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso

New for 2026. As listed: Grande, oatmilk, 3 shots, 2 pumps brown sugar syrup, pumpkin cream cold foam, pumpkin spice topping.

Points as listed: 14 to 18 Points, estimated from the label.

Lighter order: Grande, 1 pump brown sugar syrup, light pumpkin cream cold foam, keep the oatmilk splash.

The most coffee-forward pumpkin drink on the menu: three shots of Blonde espresso shaken with brown sugar and cinnamon, over ice with a splash of oatmilk and a cap of pumpkin cream cold foam. Mostly espresso and ice, so the lighter order changes little: one pump instead of two, and light foam.

The oatmilk splash and the shaken texture stay either way.

14. Iced Pecan Crunch Latte

Returning. As listed: Grande (16oz), 2% milk, 4 pumps pecan syrup, vanilla sweet cream cold foam, pecan crunch topping.

Points as listed: 18 to 19 Points, estimated from the label.

Lighter order: Grande, nonfat milk, 2 pumps pecan syrup, no cold foam.

Same pecan syrup as the hot version, but the iced one comes with vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top and the hot one doesn’t, so each gets an entry of its own. The lighter order drops the foam, halves the syrup and swaps to nonfat milk; light foam is the middle option.

15. Pumpkin Spice Latte

Returning. As listed: Grande (16oz), 2% milk, whipped cream, 4 pumps pumpkin sauce, pumpkin spice topping.

Points as listed: 20 Points, in the WW app.

Lighter order: Grande, nonfat milk, no whipped cream, 2 pumps pumpkin sauce, keep the spice topping.

The one we all came for: espresso and steamed milk with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove, finished with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice. It comes hot or iced, and the same lighter order works for both.

Everything in the lighter order is a real button in the Starbucks app: the milk, the whip set to “no,” and the pumpkin sauce at 2 pumps instead of 4. The spice topping stays, and that dusting on top is what makes the first sip smell like fall.

Our pumpkin pie smoothie and pumpkin spice latte post has both drinks made at home with real pumpkin puree.

The Highest On The Menu: 21 Points And Up

Everything here is 21 WW points and up as listed, at the high end of each estimate.

16. Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha

New for 2026. As listed: Grande (16oz), 2% milk, 3 scoops matcha, 3 pumps classic syrup, pumpkin cream cold foam, pumpkin spice topping.

Points as listed: 16 to 21 Points, estimated from the label.

Lighter order: Grande, nonfat or almond milk, 1 pump classic syrup, light pumpkin cream cold foam.

Iced matcha and milk under a layer of pumpkin cream cold foam, with green tea in place of espresso. The sweetness is its own line in the build, three pumps of classic syrup, so the lighter order turns it down to one without touching the matcha.

17. Iced Banana Bread Latte

New for 2026 (staying past fall). As listed: Grande, 2% milk, 4 pumps banana syrup, brown sugar cream cold foam, cinnamon dolce topping.

Points as listed: 16 to 22 Points, estimated from the label.

Lighter order: Grande, nonfat milk, 2 pumps banana syrup, no brown sugar cream cold foam.

Banana, brown sugar and cinnamon in an iced latte, built to taste like a slice of banana bread, and Starbucks says it’s sticking around after fall. The banana comes from the syrup and the cinnamon from the topping, so the lighter order drops the brown sugar cream cold foam and keeps both.

The real thing, our banana bread, is 3 points a serving as written.

18. Iced Banana Bread Chai

New for 2026 (staying past fall). As listed: Grande (16oz), 2% milk, 4 pumps chai concentrate, 4 pumps banana syrup, brown sugar cream cold foam, cinnamon dolce topping.

Points as listed: 16 to 22 Points, estimated from the label.

Lighter order: Grande, nonfat milk, 1 pump banana syrup, no brown sugar cream cold foam.

The chai twin of the latte above: spiced iced chai with banana syrup, brown sugar cream cold foam and cinnamon dolce on top. It’s sweetened twice, once by the chai concentrate and again by four pumps of banana syrup, so the lighter order takes the banana down to a single pump.

19. Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai

Returning. As listed: Grande (16oz), 2% milk, 4 pumps chai concentrate, 4 pumps classic syrup, pumpkin cream cold foam, pumpkin spice topping.

Points as listed: 15 to 25 Points, estimated from the label.

Lighter order: Grande, nonfat milk, no classic syrup (the chai concentrate is already sweetened), light pumpkin cream cold foam.

Iced chai with cinnamon and warm spices, milk, and pumpkin cream cold foam on top.

It’s sweetened twice. The chai concentrate comes sweetened, and the standard build adds four pumps of classic syrup on top of it, so the lighter order drops the classic syrup entirely, with nonfat milk and light foam.

20. Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino

Returning. As listed: Grande, whole milk, whipped cream, 2 pumps pumpkin sauce, 3 pumps Frappuccino roast, pumpkin spice topping.

Points as listed: 26 Points, in the WW app.

Lighter order: Tall, nonfat milk, no whipped cream.

Pumpkin and fall spice blended with coffee, milk and ice, with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice on top. This one is a milkshake wearing a scarf, and I say that with love.

There’s no pump trick for a Frappuccino, because the blended base comes sweetened before the pumpkin sauce even goes in, so the lighter order is about size and toppings: a Tall, nonfat milk, no whip.
