One of my favorite things about this recipe is that you can have a complete side dish in just 15 minutes, thanks to the air fryer’s quick cooking abilities. It’s definitely worth adding to your spring menu!

If you’re a cauliflower skeptic, this is the recipe that will win you over. It’s creamy and hearty, which will give you all of the flavor that you want from mashed potatoes. But it’s also zero points, so it’s worth the try if you’re looking for a very low point spring side dish.

Every spring get together should include this dish – a simple and delicious broccoli salad. It’s lightened it up just slightly without taking away any flavors. You’ll find that the bacon in this broccoli salad really elevates the flavor. This salad is always a hit at any BBQ or cookout event and you’ll find it’s one of the first dishes to go. You can get 8 servings for 5 Weight Watchers points each.
