Fall is here, and with it comes the irresistible call of pumpkin spice everything! But for us Weight Watchers friends, indulging in all those delicious treats can quickly derail our healthy goals. Fear not, pumpkin lovers! This month, I’ve teamed up once again with the amazing folks at Flatout Bread to show you how to create a guilt-free pumpkin treat that’s both incredibly easy and bursting with seasonal flavors – a pumpkin cream cheese roll!

Imagine this: fluffy Flatout Original Light wraps, known and loved for their delicious taste and Weight Watchers-friendly points, become the canvas for a creamy pumpkin spread. We’re talking light cream cheese, blended with smooth pumpkin puree, just a touch of sugar to balance the sweetness, and all the warmth of fall spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Spread this dreamy mixture onto your Flatout, roll it up tight, and slice for snacking perfection. The best part? Each slice comes in at a shockingly low number of Weight Watchers points, letting you savor the taste of autumn without sacrificing your healthy habits.

So ditch the guilt and embrace the flavor! Find your nearest Flatout Bread using their store locator and pick up a pack (or two) of their Original Lights. Then, gather your ingredients for this simple recipe and get ready to experience the magic of pumpkin spice in a healthy, delicious way. Your taste buds (and your waistline) will thank you!

Different ways to change up this recipe:

  • Add in a few of Lily’s No Sugar Added white chocolate chips for additional sweetness without adding sugar.
  • Use a drizzle of honey instead of brown sugar if you like the taste of honey.
  • Swerve calorie free brown sugar would work well in this recipe if you wanted to lower the sugar content.
  • Use Great Value fat free cream cheese to lower the points, and increase the protein.

Tips and Tricks for Making Pumpkin Cream Cheese Roll:

  • You can half the recipe or even quarter it if you just want to make one for yourself, but these are fun to share.
  • They will keep in the fridge for about five to seven days, but they do get softer as they sit. I suggest slicing them before storing them in the fridge.
  • You can freeze a whole roll, just wrap it tightly before freezing.
