Ingredients you need to make Mint Oreo Cheesecake:
- 1 ready made Oreo pie crust
- 6 oz light cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 heaping cup fat free Cool Whip
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 6 mint Oreo thin cookies
How to make Mint Oreo Cheesecake (step by step):
- In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and yogurt using an electric mixer. Add in the sugar and peppermint and mix until it’s well blended and no lumps appear.
- Use a spoon and fold in the cool whip.
- Crush the Oreo cookies then stir the Oreo crumble into the mix. Gently pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Let the cheesecake chill in the fridge for at least one hour, but it’s best if it’s two hours. Enjoy!

Hi Ashley, I think I bought mine at my local grocery store here in Ontario, Fortino’s.. I don’t think I bought it in the U.S (where I buy some of my foods) I picked it up a while ago so I can’t exactly remember where I was
