By Drizzle Me Skinny
Fall 2026 edition. Prices checked October 5, 2026, and they can run a little different at your store.
Trader Joe’s turned orange the first week of September, and every site has already told you what’s new on the shelves. But I haven’t seen anybody tell you what those new items cost in WW points. So I checked all 24 new fall items in the WW app and sorted them into three groups: cart, watch the portion, or skip it and share it.
First, How I Checked
Every number here was computed in the WW app from the item’s label, for the serving shown. Other plans can differ, so check your own app. Change the serving and the number changes with it.
Put It in the Cart
Everything here is 1 to 4 WW points (except for the lasagna, more on that below) for the serving shown, from the guacamole and the soda at 1 to five items at 4. Eight of the 24 landed here, and most of them are savory.
The one exception is the lasagna at 8 WW points. It’s a meal not a snack like most of the other items, so there’s more room for higher points.

1. Fiesta Guacamole, $3.49
Verdict: the easiest yes on the list. Not a pumpkin item, but it’s new this fall. It’s a regular guacamole with black beans, fire-roasted corn, poblano and taco seasoning mixed in, so it eats more like a topping than a dip. Spoon it over scrambled eggs, a baked potato, or our chicken tacos, which are 2 points each.
Serving: 2 tablespoons. Points: 1
2. Apple Prebiotic Soda, $1.99
Fizzy apple soda made with apple juice and a little apple cider vinegar. Pour it over ice with a cinnamon stick and a few apple slices and it’s your drink for the party.
Serving: 1 can. Points: 1
3. Spicy & Sweet Picanté Peppers, $5.49
The little sweet stuffed peppers, now with a kick: the same creamy cheese filling, seasoned with chili powder, chili flakes and paprika. Put them on a cheese board, chop two into a salad, or slice them over a turkey burger.
Serving: about 2 peppers, drained. Points: 3
4. Sliced Pumpkin Sourdough Bread, $4.99
Verdict: the surprise of the list, and the first thing in my cart. This is a real sandwich bread, not a sweet loaf: pumpkin purée with a little cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger baked into a tangy, chewy sourdough. Toast a slice for breakfast, or put turkey, sharp mustard and a few apple slices between two for a fall sandwich. It makes good French toast on a Sunday, too.
Serving: 1 slice. Points: 4
5. Apple Vinaigrette Dressing, $3.49
Verdict: yes, measured. Vinegar balanced with apple juice and honey, so it’s tangy first and sweet second. Use it on spinach with sliced pear, over roasted squash, or on a pork chop as a quick glaze. Measure it, because dressings are where a pour gets away from you. For the everyday salad, our zero point salad dressing is 0 points and takes two minutes to shake up.
Serving: 2 tablespoons. Points: 4
6. Apple Cabbage Slaw Salad Kit, $4.49
Shredded cabbage, brussels sprouts and radicchio, with apples, toasted pecans, currants and a lemon Dijon vinaigrette in the bag. It’s crunchy, a little bitter, a little sweet, and it wants something simple next to it. Our air fryer pork tenderloin is 3 points a serving, and the two of them are dinner. Leftovers go in a turkey wrap the next day.
Serving: 1 cup, with the dressing. Points: 4
7. Pink Peppercorn Fontina Cheese, $6.99
A small wheel of mild, nutty Wisconsin fontina, coated in cracked pink peppercorns, with a little strawberry powder that turns the rind rosy. It’s the pretty one for the cheese board. It melts, too, so shave it over a salad or lay a thin slice on a turkey burger. A small piece goes a long way.
Serving: 1 ounce, about a 1-inch cube. Points: 4
8. Pumpkin & Spice Caramel Sauce, $3.99
Verdict: yes, as a drizzle. A thick caramel made with real pumpkin purée and the fall spices, in a squeeze bottle. The bottle is the best part, because a drizzle is all this needs to be. Try it over warm sliced apples, stirred into plain Greek yogurt, or in your coffee where the flavored creamer used to go.
Serving: 1 tablespoon. Points: 4
9. Chicken Florentine Lasagna, $7.49
Verdict: in the cart, because it’s dinner. At 8 points a cup it’s the highest number in the group and the only whole meal. Lasagna noodles layered with ground chicken, spinach, a creamy white sauce, Parmesan and Romano, and it heats in the oven or the microwave. The tray is four servings, so this is a family dinner. Roast a pan of broccoli or toss a salad while it bakes, and the night nobody planned for is handled.
Serving: 1 cup. Points: 8
Worth It, Watch the Portion
These run 5 to 8 WW points for the serving shown, from the leaf pasta at 5 to the croissants and the pumpkin bark at 8. Each one is a fair number for what you get, as long as the serving on the label is the serving on your plate.
10. Organic Fall Leaf Shaped Italian Pasta, $2.49
Dry pasta from Italy, cut into little leaves and colored orange with turmeric and tomato powder. It’s the fun one for kids, and it’s still proper pasta with some bite. Toss it with roasted butternut squash, sage and a spoonful of Parmesan, or stir it into a pot of chili. The serving is measured dry, so scoop it before it goes in the pot.
Serving: 1/2 cup, dry. Points: 5
11. Pumpkin Oat Bites, $3.99
Verdict: one is breakfast. Soft-baked oat bites with a spiced pumpkin filling, gluten free. One with a coffee and a piece of fruit is breakfast on the way out the door. If you’d rather bake a batch on Sunday, our homemade pumpkin muffins are 4 points each, two fewer than one of these.
Serving: 1 piece. Points: 6
12. Harvest Kale Caesar Salad, $5.99
Verdict: start with half the dressing. A Caesar rebuilt for fall: kale, harvest vegetables and candied pumpkin seeds, with the dressing included. Kale holds up, so you can dress it in the morning and it’s still good at noon. Add a grilled chicken breast or a handful of shrimp to make it lunch.
Serving: 1 cup, with the dressing. Points: 6
13. Cranberry Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs, $4.29
Verdict: count out six. Fully cooked chicken meatballs with chopped cranberries and jalapeño mixed in: sweet, tangy and a little spicy. A few minutes in the air fryer and they’re hot. They’re built for a party toothpick, but six over rice with green beans is a Tuesday dinner, and they’re good in lettuce cups with shredded carrots, too.
Serving: 6 meatballs. Points: 6
14. Autumn Leaf Sugar Cookies, $3.99
Small, buttery sugar cookies shaped like fall leaves, colored gold and red with vegetable juice. The serving is seven cookies, which is a real handful. They’re a good lunchbox cookie, and they look sweet scattered around a bowl of yogurt and cinnamon apples.
Serving: 7 cookies. Points: 7
15. Autumn Harvest Sweet & Salty Snack Mix, $4.99
The fall version of the Sweet & Salty mix: candy-coated mini pretzels, caramel popcorn with a dark chocolate drizzle, mini peanut butter cups, apple chips, corn chips and pretzel nuggets, in one resealable bag. It’s a movie night bowl. Scoop your half cup into a small dish so you get a bit of everything, then pass the bag down the couch.
Serving: 1/2 cup. Points: 7
16. Pumpkin Cream Cheese Croissants, $3.99
Verdict: one, warm, on a weekend. All-butter croissants with a pumpkin and cream cheese filling, two to a pack, on the bakery shelf. Crisp them in the toaster oven or the air fryer, because a warm croissant is worth twice a cold one. Warm both, pour the coffee, and share the pack. If it’s the pumpkin you’re after, our pumpkin bread is 1 point a slice.
Serving: 1 croissant. Points: 8
17. Pumpkin Pie Spice Bark, $5.49
Verdict: one piece, next to an apple. White chocolate flavored with pumpkin pie spice, loaded with broken pretzels and gingersnap pieces, then drizzled with dark chocolate. Sweet, salty, crunchy. Break up a few pieces for company, or tuck one next to an apple for the afternoon. It makes an easy hostess gift, too.
Serving: 1 piece (25g). Points: 8
Skip It or Share It
Everything from here on is 9 WW points and up, from the danish, the donuts and the caramels at 9 to the ice cream at 17. All seven are sweets, and none of them is a bad buy. They’re the ones to split with someone, or save for the night you’ve planned for. For the everyday sweet tooth, our Weight Watchers desserts are built for it.
18. Mini Apple Danish Pastries, $4.99
Verdict: bake the box for brunch and share it. Two-bite pastries from the freezer case, made in France with an all-butter dough and an apple and caramel filling. You bake them yourself, so they come to the table warm. The serving is two, and the box is a brunch for four.
Serving: 2 pieces. Points: 9
19. Cinnamon Powdered Sugar Mini Donuts, $4.49
Verdict: three on a plate, bag back in the pantry. Cakey little donuts, one or two bites each, rolled in cinnamon powdered sugar and made for dunking in coffee. The serving is three donuts. The bag is not three donuts. Count them out, put the bag away, and enjoy every one.
Serving: 3 donuts. Points: 9
20. Apple Crisp Milk Chocolate Caramels, $5.99
Verdict: an after-dinner chocolate, shared. Apple-cinnamon caramel in milk chocolate with a crunchy streusel layer underneath, made by a chocolatier in Ireland, which explains the price. Eat them slowly with a cup of tea. The box is five servings of two, so it lasts the week if you let it.
Serving: 2 pieces. Points: 9
21. Maple Butterscotch Blondie Baking Mix, $4.99
Verdict: bake it for company, cut it into 15, freeze half. A box mix that only asks for an egg and melted butter, with a packet of butterscotch syrup to drizzle over the top. The points below are for one finished blondie, made the way the box says, egg and butter included. Cut the pan into 15 so your piece matches.
Serving: 1 prepared blondie (1/15 of the pan). Points: 10
22. Pumpkin Flan, $3.49
Verdict: share the pack, or make the pie. A baked custard blended with pumpkin purée and spiced like pumpkin pie, two to a pack in the refrigerated case. It’s ready straight from the fridge, which makes it the easiest dessert on this list. If you want that pumpkin custard feeling every night of October, our crustless pumpkin pie is 0 points a slice.
Serving: 1 flan. Points: 11
23. Plum Torte, $7.99
Verdict: bring it to someone’s house. A frozen torte with halved, slightly tart plums baked into the batter. Warm it in the oven and it works for brunch as well as it does after dinner. It cuts into six, so bring it along and cut it on their counter, not yours.
Serving: 1/6 of the torte. Points: 12
24. Apple Pie à la Mode Ice Cream, $3.99
Verdict: the biggest number on the list. Buy it on purpose, and share the pint. Vanilla ice cream with chunks of cooked apple, pieces of pie crust and a cinnamon apple swirl. Buy it for a Friday, scoop it into a small bowl, and put the pint back in the freezer before you sit down. For the apple pie feeling on a weeknight, our Weight Watchers apple crisp is 1 Point a serving.
Serving: 2/3 cup. Points: 17
