It’s been awhile since I baked up a new loaf recipe, even in the summer months I still enjoy a freshly baked loaf out of the oven. I especially love one weekend mornings with a cup of tea 🙂 I had some fresh strawberries in the fridge to use up so say hello to this delicious strawberry banana chocolate chip loaf, just 4 smart points per serving on WW freestyle.

You might want to add in some extra applesauce to make up for the loss of wet ingredients

Is the pan you used 9”? I have an 8 and a 9 and I’m not sure which a regular one would be. Thanks.

Hi, many of your recipes list mini chocolate chips. I’m not sure if you mean semi sweet or milk chocolate? I can’t find mini milk morsels in the supermarket but I’ll look online if that’s what I should be using. Thanks, Susan

Hi Susan, I use Hershey’s mini chocolate chips, they are semi-sweet

  6. Do you store it in the fridge after you bake it if you don’t want it frozen? Or you can leave it out in a tight container?

    • Drizzle Reply

always store in the fridge as the ingredients used will not allow it to sit out, no preservatives, after 2 days I will freeze

Followed the recipe exactly as written – it smelled wonderful while baking – and is moist and delicious! Thank you for a great recipe!

  8. This is just what I had a taste for. I have crave chocolate the last soulless days and had a couple bananas that we’re getting over ripe, then we went strawberry picking this am. Can’t wait to taste it. (Oh, I am also doing WW, down 32 pounds so far.

  9. I made this and was delish! Great recipe
But I entered the ingredients into the recipe builder and it was only 2 points? Should I still count as 4?

I am so glad you enjoyed the loaf, sometimes products vary, if you entered exactly what you used and got 2 I’d go with that 🙂
