  • ½ cup breadcrumbs, 30 g.  
  • 1 onion, finely chopped, 100 g.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, finely chopped (choose your favorite color), 150 g.
  • 1 carrot, grated, 100 g.
  • 1 zucchini, grated, 140 g.
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup kétchup no sugar add
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing the pan

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan with olive oil.
  2. Sauté Veggies: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion, garlic, bell pepper, grated carrot, and zucchini until they’re soft and fragrant. This step enhances the flavor and texture of your meatloaf.
