  • ⅓ cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1.5 tablespoon sugar free chocolate jello pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 18 mini marshmallows for topping
  • Shaved dark chocolate – I used ½ square of Lindt 70% dark
  • 1 graham square crushed for sprinkling

How to make Mini S’mores Pie (step by step): 

  1. Mix the yogurt, sugar free chocolate jello mix, marshmallow fluff, and cocoa powder in a bowl, and mix well.
  2. Divide the batter into the 6 mini pie shells.
  3. Store them in the fridge for a few hours. Top them with mini marshmallows, chocolate shavings, and graham crumbs when you’re ready to serve. Enjoy!
