Total time:
Serves: 2
4SP blue, green & purple/3PP per roll
  • 1 Flatout original, I used multigrain with flax
  • Egg whites (for brushing bread)
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 Tbsp sugar free caramel sauce (I used Smuckers)
  • *Optional to top with some whip cream, cool whip or ice cream
  1. Spray a medium frying pan well with some cooking spray and heat up over medium heat on stove.
  2. Cut your flatout bread in half, and cut your banana in half, roll banana up in the wrap.
  3. Mix your sugar & cinnamon together and spread out on a flat plate.
  4. Brush your rolls with egg whites, coating well.
  5. Roll in sugar mix coating all areas, make sure you use up all of the sugar mix.
  6. Once your pan has heated well, add a little more spray and then place rolls in pan, they only need to cook for a few minutes each side.
  7. Drizzle with caramel sauce (best drizzled from a small bag with a tiny hole cut off)
  8. Makes 2 rolls (you can make 1 at a time if you'd prefer) 4 smart points per roll on blue, green & purple (3 points plus)

Is it 4 SP for the whole banana and flatbread if you don’t cut it in half?
These look delicious and I am making them tonight!
Thank you for this recipe, I already know I am going to love it!

What if you use a 0 calorie sweetener in replace of the sugar? It would only be 2SP for the whole thing right?

Can these be made ahead of time? Wondering if they’d get soggy.

Hi Christine, they are probably best serve right away, banana is famous for getting soggy quickly
