Two things about me… I have a slight s’mores addiction, and I love creating new decadent treats 🙂 I made these tasty little treats the other night and they sure did hit the spot so I though I would share.. Wonton wrappers, as well as egg roll wrappers can usually be found in the produce section at your grocery store, but I know not all carry them. These yummy crisps are only 1 smart point each!
S'mores wonton crisps
1SP blue, green & purple/1pp each
Ingredients
- 6 wonton wrappers
- 2 Tbsp marshmallow fluff (lightly melted in microwave)
- 1 square of dark chocolate (melted (I use Lindt 70%, 10g square))
- 1/2 Tbsp crushed graham cracker
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F, spray a baking sheet.
- Lay your wonton wrappers on sheet and spray wrappers with cooking spray, feel free to make more and just up ingredients.
- Bake wontons in oven for 6-8 minutes, checking often, you want them a light golden color, I always turn my baking sheet around half way to prevent the back wontons from burning.
- When there is a minute left on oven time melt your chocolate in the microwave, I do 35 second intervals turning each time until melted. Then melt your fluff, usually 25 seconds will do the trick, it will rise and make for easier spreading.
- Spread fluff onto wontons as soon as they come out of oven, don't melt your fluff until you have the wontons ready to cover.
- Sprinkle your graham crumbs and then drizzle your chocolate, voila, a yummy crispy chocolate treat 🙂 1sp on all 3 MyWW programs or 1pp each (old program)

Can these be refridgerated/frozen once they’re made? I love having delicious low point snacks like this on hand 🙂
No I don’t think they would freeze, the wonton wraps are best right out of the oven to give them that crispy taste 🙂

Would it work to use phyllo dough instead of wonton wrappers?

These sound delicious but how are they only 1sp? What brand are you using? This is confusing
The wonton wrappers are I think a point per 2, and the fluff and drizzle is so little that they add up to just 1 point each, you may be thinking egg roll wrappers, those are 2 points each
