Trust me, this dessert won’t last long – it’s so delicious, that it’s practically guaranteed to disappear in a flash! It’s portioned perfectly for sharing, with each serving only 8 Weight Watchers points.  It’s so good that even those not on Weight Watchers can fully enjoy this. Ingredients you need to make Pillsbury Biscuits Apple Cinnamon Crumble: 

  • 1 (7.5 oz) package of Pillsbury biscuits In the 4 value pack
  • 3 tablespoons icing sugar or confectionery sugar
  • 1 teaspoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon water
  • 4 large apples peeled and diced (I used granny smith but any apple will do)
  • ½ tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

CRUMB TOPPING 

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon melted butterDSCN9944

How to make Pillsbury Biscuits Apple Cinnamon Crumble (step by step): 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F, and spray a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix the icing sugar, 1 teaspoon of melted butter, and water together in a small bowl.
  3. Cut the 10 dough biscuits into 6 pieces each, then dip all dough pieces into the icing and spread them into the bottom of the dish.
  4. Mix the diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon and spoon the apples over the dough pieces.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the white sugar and flour, then stir in the melted butter until a crumble forms.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the apples and dough.
  7. Bake the crumble in the oven for approx 35 minutes. Cut into 6 equal servings and enjoy!

  6. This is my new favorite dessert. It is delicious and even my children loved it. I forgot to dip the biscuit pieces in the butter (of course I remembered as soon as I placed the last biscuit piece in the pan) mixture so I just drizzled the mixture on them and it turned out great.
