5. Turkey Kielbasa with White Beans and Swiss Chard

Here is a simple recipe that the whole family will love. It makes six servings! And it only requires 5 minutes of prep time. This delicious meal has Turkey kielbasa, cannellini beans, diced tomatoes, and Swiss chard. To keep it healthy, use fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth! Since this recipe can be cooked on low for 9 hours, you can start it in the morning before work, and it will be ready when you get home.

6. No-Chop Slow Cooker Chickpea Stew

This stew boasts a variety of vegetables and is enhanced with freshly grated parmesan cheese, resulting in an excellent flavor and presentation. Made with low-sodium vegetable broth, chickpeas, and dried red lentils, it is very easy to prepare.
