- Swap: Use almond butter or sunflower seed butter in place of peanut butter to suit different dietary needs.
- Make-ahead: These are best made ahead — refrigerate for at least 1 hour before eating so they firm up properly.
- Storage: Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 2 months.
- Variation: Customize with your favorite trail mix mix-ins — coconut flakes, dried cranberries, or mini M&Ms all work great.
- Serving: Pack in a small zip bag for an easy grab-and-go snack, or serve alongside a glass of cold milk.
I wanted no bake cookies again but decided to change them up from my regular ones. I have to be careful when I make these, they are just so yummy and hard to resist! 😉 The great thing about them is they are packed with protein and are a great snack on the go, not to mention there’s no baking involved. 🙂 These trail mix no bakes are 2 points each.
