I wanted no bake cookies again but decided to change them up from my regular ones. I have to be careful when I make these, they are just so yummy and hard to resist! 😉 The great thing about them is they are packed with protein and are a great snack on the go, not to mention there’s no baking involved. 🙂 These trail mix no bakes are 2 points each.
Trail mix no bake cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup oats
- 3 T coconut flakes, I used unsweetened
- 2 T chopped pecans
- 1 T mini chocolate chips
- 1 T chopped almonds
- 2 T dried blueberries
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl and let sit in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Using your hands roll into 20 balls, helps to have your hands a little wet. Store in a sealed container in the fridge. Each cookie is 2pp.
