Zero points is easy to find at breakfast, and our Weight Watchers breakfast recipes are full of them. Zero points that actually holds you until lunch is the harder search, and it usually comes down to protein.
So this list has two rules, and every recipe on it clears both. Each one is 0 WW Points as written, and each one brings at least 10 grams of protein per serving. Anything under 10 grams did not make the cut, however good it tastes. Points move when you improvise, so a handful of cheese or a slice of toast will change the number, and your app is the place to check.

1. Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties
Seventeen grams of protein per serving, and it tastes like diner sausage. Extra-lean ground turkey carries sage, thyme and fennel seeds with half a tablespoon of maple syrup for the sweet edge that makes breakfast sausage taste like breakfast sausage.
Nineteen minutes start to finish for six servings. Cook the whole pound on Sunday and you have the anchor for five mornings.

2. Southwest Tofu Scramble
The plant-based option, at 13.3 grams of protein a serving. Smoked firm tofu crumbles into a hot pan with red peppers, zucchini and Swiss chard, and turmeric and cumin give it the golden color and the Tex-Mex warmth.
A spoonful of nutritional yeast adds the savory, almost cheesy note that makes people ask what is in it. Twelve minutes in the pan.
3. Zero Point Muffin Tin Eggs
Twelve eggs, half a pound of 99% fat-free ground turkey breast, a diced pepper, and sage and marjoram to make it taste like sausage. It bakes into twelve muffins, and the published nutrition runs 20.7 grams of protein for a two-muffin serving.
This is the highest-protein grab-and-go item on the list. They reheat in about thirty seconds and freeze without going rubbery.
4. Southwest Black Bean Egg Muffins
Black beans are the reason this one keeps you full: 12 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber in a two-muffin serving, by Slender Kitchen’s numbers. Eight eggs, a cup and a half of black beans, green pepper, jalapeño and red onion, into twelve muffins.
The jalapeño is seeded, so it reads as warm rather than hot. A spoonful of salsa on top costs nothing.
5. Salmon Sweet Potato Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl
This one breaks up all the eggs and turkey. Diana’s Delish Dishes piles air-fried sweet potatoes, flaky salmon, fat-free cottage cheese and a jammy fried egg into one bowl, with caramelized onions and sweet red pepper tossed through the potatoes.
It brings 54 grams of protein, and at 648 calories it is a real meal, so save it for a morning when breakfast has to carry you. The sweet potatoes air-fry at 400°F for 35 minutes and the salmon joins them for the last 8. The zero depends on the honey substitute the recipe calls for, so skip real honey on top.
6. Easy Healthy Crepes
Four ingredients go in the blender: rolled oats, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon. My Crazy Good Life pours the batter into a sprayed pan a little at a time, and you get thin, soft crepes that roll around whatever you like.
The recipe makes two servings at 15 grams of protein each, and it works sweet or savory. Use whole eggs for a heartier crepe or egg whites for a lighter one, then top them with fresh fruit and roll them up.
