1. The Best Pork Baby Back Ribs

These grilled ribs turn out incredibly tender, so much so that the meat falls off the bone. Luckily, this recipe is incredibly simple to follow. You just make a dry rub and then use your favorite BBQ sauce to accompany it. Some of the best ingredients in the dry rub include smoked paprika, parsley, thyme, and oregano. Serve these ribs with a healthy side dish like coleslaw or macaroni salad!

2. Best Grilled Potatoes

These grilled potatoes work as a perfect side dish for all sorts of protein, ranging from baked chicken to grilled salmon. You can also use them as a side for Turkey burgers. For best results, use Idaho potatoes and marinate them in an herb-filled dressing. Specifically, flavors of Rosemary and parsley flavor the potatoes, while garlic powder makes them extra savory. We recommend serving these while they are still hot off the grill!

3. Grilled Tomatoes

This delicious recipe by Feel Good Foodie makes the list because it’s incredibly effortless to make, and the beef steak tomatoes are extremely flavorful when you grill them. All you need is some olive oil, garlic, parsley, and salt and pepper to season the tomatoes. Cook them on the grill so that they get gorgeous grill marks, and then sprinkle on the herbs at the last minute so that they get a nice pop of green.

4. Grilled Cauliflower Steaks

Our recipe for grilled cauliflower steaks is perfect for vegetarians, vegans, or even people who are trying to eat low-carb! Of course, anybody can enjoy the smoky taste of these cauliflowers, even those who aren’t always plant-based eaters. The veggie gets a crunchy, slightly charred exterior from the grill, and the paprika and nutritional yeast provide an umami flavor. You can use an indoor or outdoor grill to cook them, which is convenient!

5. BBQ Chicken Bacon Pineapple Kabobs

Here is a fun project for when you want to cook on the BBQ. These skewers are packed with chicken breast pieces, pineapple, and bacon. The pineapple gives it a tropical twist. You do have to plan a bit ahead so that the meat can properly marinate and absorb all the delicious flavors! But once they hit the grill, they don’t take long at all to cook. Serve them with rice or a side salad!

6. Grilled Zucchini and Squash

We love this recipe by Feels Like Home because it is so simple and has all healthy ingredients. You can use yellow squash and zucchini, as well as onions. Olive oil and pressed garlic ensure that it takes on a wonderful flavor and makes the squash less bland. Make sure to cook these in a grill basket for the best results! You can also sprinkle on additional spices after you finish cooking them.

7. Grilled Hasselback Potatoes with Chive Butter

Have you ever had hasselback potatoes? They have little slits in them going all the way down the potato, which makes it extra crispy and upgrades its presentation. These specific ones have a special chive butter that you make with garlic, salt, and chopped chives. The butter makes it extra comforting, and you can always use a healthier butter replacement if you wish! Top these with other garnishes like lettuce, tomato, or lean ground meat.

8. Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon

Dessert on the grill? Yes, and a healthy recipe at that! With fresh ripe peaches, vegetable oil, honey, and cinnamon, your taste buds are in for a magical experience. The peaches have a smoky yet sweet flavor, and the honey enhances it even further. It also works as a side dish that you can make at family gathering barbecues. This is great when you have a sweet tooth but want to enjoy something nourishing!

9. Grilled Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes are the perfect side to serve with various entrees, ranging from sandwiches to rice dishes to grilled meats. This recipe is easy to follow; you only need olive oil, garlic salt, smoked paprika, and oil to coat the sweet potato cubes. You can also cut them into discs, as the recipe suggests. We love how you can cook them directly on the grill, in a foil pouch, or on a pan to get the job done!

10. Grilled Corn in Foil

Who doesn’t love succulent and buttery corn on the cob? This recipe involves seasonings, butter, and a small amount of olive oil. We recommend that you also add cilantro or other herbs to liven up the flavor. For perfectly cooked corn, wrap it in foil and let it steam until it reaches the ideal texture. 13. Fireman Chicken

Have you ever had fireman chicken? It gets its name because of a fire department fundraiser that happens yearly in New York State. Essentially you marinate the chicken in a vinegar dressing. The secret ingredient to the seasoning mix is a raw egg, but of course, that gets cooked on when you grill the chicken. It makes the skin crisp and locks in the juices, so the meat turns out super tender.

14. Grilled Scallops with Lemon and Herbs

These lemony grilled scallops are to die for! You’ll be amazed that they only take 15 minutes to marinate and 10 minutes to cook. Cook the tofu on skewers and get ready to dig in after just a few minutes of cooking each side!

16. Grilled Sausage with Peppers and Onions

We love this recipe by A Southern Soul because it is both hearty and healthy. The assortment of peppers and onions provides a colorful essence to the dish, while the sausages pair perfectly with them. You can use Italian sausage, either hot or mild, depending on what you and your family love. The grill marks on the sausages are arguably what makes this meal so eye-catching and appetizing!

17. The Best Grilled Salmon

If you are in search of a salmon recipe that you can make on the grill, this recipe is one of the best! The reason why we love it so much is because it doesn’t have unhealthy ingredients. You only need lemons, salmon, grape seed oil, and seasonings. For best results, use skin-on salmon fillets and flip them during cooking. There are tons of ways to serve this! We recommend you serve it with wild rice or au gratin potatoes.

18. Juicy Grilled Turkey Burgers

We can’t make a grill recipe roundup without including a nice scrumptious recipe for Turkey burgers. Turkey burgers are more nutritious than other kinds of burgers because they are leaner meat. This is a great dish to make because it is so customizable. You can include whichever toppings you prefer! We recommend red onions, lettuce, tomato slices, and light Mayo. Don’t forget to toast the buns so they get slightly crispy!

19. Korean Beef Skewers

Your family will love these beef skewers because of their taste, and you will love making them because of how easy it is! The patties themselves have mozzarella cheese, ranch seasoning, and hot sauce, which makes them packed with flavor in every bite.

21. Easy Grilled Watermelon

Who would have thought that you could grill watermelon? This is a wonderful way to turn a healthy thing like fruit into a dessert. Since the recipe calls for honey, lime juice and zest, and red pepper flakes, the watermelon turns out to be the perfect balance of sweet and zesty. The honey caramelizes slightly on the grill, which is the best part! Serve it as a snack while you cook up the main entrée.

22. Grilled Garlic Rosemary Smashed Potatoes

We have an exciting potato recipe to share with you! This one is quite different from the previous potato recipe we discussed. This recipe uses red potatoes and incorporates grated parmesan cheese, fresh rosemary, and garlic. This dish is perfect as a side to serve with fish, chicken, or turkey. It also pairs beautifully with beef lettuce wraps. This recipe is a must-try!

23. Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Chimichurri

While baked pork tenderloin is delicious, nothing compares to when you cook it on the grill! The recipe is so irresistible because there are many elements to it. First, you have the dry rub; then you have the pork, and lastly, the homemade chimichurri sauce! You won’t believe how quickly this cooks on the grill; it only takes about 20 minutes. Don’t forget to let the meat rest for a minute before you dish it up!

24. Coconut-Rum Grilled Shrimp

This recipe by Home Cooking Memories is as tasty as it sounds! With hints of coconut milk, light brown sugar, spiced rum, and lime juice, it has a complex flavor profile. The great thing is that you can serve them as an appetizer or as the main course.

25. Lamb Burgers

If you’ve never tried lamb, cooking it on a grill is a great way to give it a try. You can serve these for either lunch or dinner. These lamb burgers are made from scratch and have basil, dill, garlic, and mint notes in them. We recommend you venture out from the traditional burger toppings with these and throw on some feta cheese, grilled onions, and sun-dried tomato spread. For best results, use fluffy brioche buns!

26. Grilled Portobello Mushroom Steaks

Last but not least, you need to add these grilled mushroom steaks to your grill menu! Despite being vegetarian, they’re still highly savory and meaty in texture. Portobello mushrooms often act as a meat replacement for this reason. This recipe uses liquid smoke, granulated onion, and balsamic vinegar to create an exquisite taste like no other. Turn these into lettuce wraps, serve them alongside mashed potatoes, or put them in a sandwich!
