- ¼ cup egg whites 50 g. (2 units)

- ⅔ cup Panko bread crumbs 60 g.
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
