I teamed up with one of my favorites again this month, Flatout bread  is a staple in my house, I have created so many recipes and food ideas with their bread and I love how they keep me on track! These spinach cucumber chicken & ranch wraps are so easy to make and perfect to take for lunch or whip up for a quick dinner. I used the protein up wraps to make these a little more filling, by using my zero point ranch dressing recipe the only freestyle points in them are from the bread itself making them just 3 freestyle smart points each. Flatout is now the official flatbread of Weight Watchers® with a 2-3 SmartPoints® value per Light Original Flatbread, make sure you check out their store locator here to find them near you.

  1. Won’t you ask them if they can make some coupons (cents off) available and work to make them available in other stores? If they are only at Walmart’s in small town USA/ the south/ then there will not be that many available as they are only going to but so many. Thank you

    1. Hi Barb, I can find them near me at many stores, small town’s are another story and I know harder to get things, you can always email them and request some coupons maybe, and even request they come to a store near you

  2. Hi Katie,
I am new on WW & have just saw your site. These recipes look fabulous & I look forward to trying some.
Could you tell me where I can find your ranch dressing?
I am type 2 diebetic & have dropped 6 mg of pills since starting. Although it is discouraging at times as it is so slow coming off. But I am determined to do it. I am setting small goals at a time and have reached my first goal already.
    Thank you in advance.

    1. Hi Carol, welcome to WW 🙂 if you look under appetizers you will see my recipe for homemade ranch dressing and that is what I use now in my recipes as it is zero points, That is awesome you have reached your first goal and I love that you are setting small attainable ones, good luck on your journey!

    1. I think I linked it in the right up of this post but just search it, you’ll see a search bar to the right, type in ranch and it will come up

  3. Hi Kate, just made the chicken salad and your Ranch Dressing. Must say it’s very good. Now I’m checking your recipes for dinner. BTW, I had a Kodiak cakes pumpkin spice chocolate chip muffin for breakfast. Guess I’m a stalker. I’ve been a WW Lifetimer for quite a long time and I’m always looking for something new. Always lucky on your site.
    Thanks, Carolyn
