  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks, 110 g.
  • 1 zucchini, sliced, 320 g.
  • Slices of lime (1 slice per skewer)
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks, 100 g.
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate the Salmon in a bowl

Marinate the Salmon: In a bowl, combine the salmon cubes with taco seasoning, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables: Thread the marinated salmon, red bell pepper chunks, zucchini slices, lime slices, and red onion onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.
