You don’t want to miss out on this decadent 3-point Weight Watchers Cheesecake Fluff with fresh strawberries! With this delicious low-fat cheesecake fluff, you can enjoy the flavors of a cheesecake without all the work!

When you crave a slice of cheesecake, it’s not always easy to satisfy that craving quickly. You either have to buy a pre-made cheesecake or spend about an hour baking one. But now, you can quickly whip up this no-bake cheesecake fluff in just a few minutes and satisfy that craving!

This mousse has a rich flavor and velvety smooth texture. I think what really makes it taste like cheesecake is that it has sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix and some actual cream cheese, too. And the Cool Whip and Greek yogurt really make it creamy. Although you could certainly eat it by itself, the fresh chopped strawberries and sweet graham cracker crumbs really elevate it and give you the full experience.

You can serve it family-style in a large serving bowl and let everyone scoop their own portion or you can use little dessert cups to individually portion the dessert out! Either way, you can look forward to a light yet scrumptious sweet treat or snack.

Instructions for making Weight Watchers Cheesecake Fluff

  1. Whip the softened cream cheese until there are no lumps. Slowly add the fat-free milk, Cool Whip, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the pudding mix and whip for about 2-3 minutes until thick. Next, gently fold the Greek yogurt in by hand, mixing to combine.

3. Add about ¼ of the graham crumbs and ¾ of the chopped strawberries, reserving the rest for garnish.

4. Transfer the cheesecake fluff to a large serving bowl OR divide it into 8 even portions by scooping/piping it into ramekins. Garnish with the remaining toppings, and enjoy! (Before adding the mix-ins, I saved some plain cheesecake fluff to pipe on top since the fruit won’t fit through a piping tip.)

5. You can also allow it to firm up in the fridge for about 20 minutes before serving if you want it thicker.

Variations and Substitutions

  • Milk Type: I don’t suggest trying this recipe with another type of milk. I’ve tried the sugar free pudding mixes with almond milk in the past and it didn’t thicken right. If you must use another milk, I suggest going to Jello’s website for the special instructions regarding using other types of milk.
  • Cheesecake Fluff with Whipping Cream: You can certainly use heavy cream in the recipe for a richer flavor and texture, but keep in mind this will affect the Weight Watchers points. I suggest whipping it separately first, then folding it in with the Greek yogurt.
  • Cheesecake Fluff with Fruit: You can mix in any fruit you wish—it doesn’t have to be strawberries! Make cranberry cheesecake fluff, cherry cheesecake fluff, or use mixed berries. Feel free to get creative.
  • Pumpkin Cheesecake Fluff: you can fold in pure pumpkin puree to make this cheesecake fluff pumpkin flavored! This would taste amazing in the fall time with some cinnamon and nutmeg. You might need some more sweetness when adding the pumpkin, though, so maybe add more fat-free Cool Whip, too. Skip the strawberries and keep the graham crackers. Yum!
  • Extra Toppings: If you have extra WW points to splurge on, other yummy topping ideas include strawberry compote or syrup, chocolate chips, or chocolate dessert sauce.
  • Save a Point: Omit the graham crumbs for the recipe, and it will be 2 WW points per serving.

Tips and Tricks for Making Weight Watchers Cheesecake Fluff

  • It’s crucial to fold in the Greek yogurt by hand rather than with a mixer. If you whip Greek yogurt too hard, it will break it down and turn more liquidy. To keep it nice and thick, all you need to do is use a rubber spatula and carefully mix to combine.
  • The cheesecake fluff will set more once in the refrigerator, giving it a nice, thick, voluminous texture.
  • How to store cheesecake fluff: Keep this sweet treat covered in the refrigerator. It will last two to three days. If you want to extend its shelf life, keep the strawberries separate, without mixing them in, until serving.
