- ½ cup of marinara sauce, no sugar add, 140 g.
- ½ cup of grated mozzarella cheese, 60 g.
- 300 g of chicken breast, deboned and skinless
- ⅓ cup of plain non fat yogurt, 85 g.
- 6 florets of cauliflower, 250 g.
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of stevia
- A bunch of coriander
- Marinate the chicken breast with lime juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and taco seasoning. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven and place the marinated chicken breast in a baking dish. Bake it until golden and cooked through.
