You guys.. I think I hit the holy grail on this one.. and I am in ranch dressing heaven! I’m trying to take advantage of the new zero point foods where I can so it was on my list to make a ranch dressing with the now zero point non-fat yogurt, but I couldn’t wait and boy am I glad I didn’t. This ranch dressing is nothing short of AMAZING!! It might actually get me to eat vegetables (a big MIGHT!) You can use it as a dip, a dressing on salad or in recipes that call for ranch, the possibilities are endless with this one and I am excited to see what creations I can come up with using it. I know there are several ranch dressing out there so I wanted to make mine slightly different, I won’t lie, it has a pop of zest to it but I think you will all love it, and even more so that it is zero points on the WW.
0 Smart point ranch dressing

Ingredients
- 1 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp milk, I used 1%
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl and serve.
- Store dressing in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
- *Note- I edited this to 1/4 tsp of paprika (it was originally 1/2) some complained of a little too zesty and a pink color, this should help
Used dill pickle juice instead of milk, the acid was a good addition.
Thanks for the tip 🙂
I tried making this ranch dip, it reminds me of Kraft Rancher’s Choice, however, I find it too zingy. Maybe too much dill? I am going to make it again because I am going to make your buffalo chicken soup which calls for it, so this time I am going to cut back on the dill.
Hi Anthony, I definitely think you should play around with it, we all have different taste buds and like a little less of this or a little more of that 😉
I hope you enjoy the soup, it’s one of my favorites
I made this and thought the spices were way overbearing. It did not taste good at all. I might try this again with a fraction of the spices you have suggested. Sorry, I think this needs more work. Thank you so much for trying!
Hi Tony, each to their own, we all have different taste buds, many love this ranch and some need to tweak it to suit them, don’t be afraid to play around with it
Is dill weed the same as just dill?
Yes, the dried dill 🙂
Just joined WW and this is an AMAZING recipe. It’s so good and just what I needed to enjoy my salad or fresh veggies. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Ashley, welcome to WW 🙂 So glad you enjoyed the ranch dressing and I hope you enjoy the other recipes
I just made this but instead of adding milk I used half a squeezed lemon instead and it really gave it a good tangy taste to it. Love it 🙂
Oh I love that idea 🙂 thanks for sharing
Can I substitute the yogurt with fat-free sour cream? I really don’t like yogurt.
I have never tried it but I think it would work, let me know if you do.. also I will say that this does not taste like yogurt at all, so maybe try it first just to see
Thanks. I will. Just looked at all your recipes and can’t wait to try some. Thanks for sharing.
I hope you enjoy them all 🙂
Just made this so it hasn’t set but not too salty or peppery for me. I would suggest for those saying too salty to make sure you are using garlic and onion POWDER and not salt. Thanks for the recipe. Tastes great from my whisk!
So glad you enjoyed it 🙂
I needed ranch for a recipe last night, and made this up instead! I’m glad I made extra because I’ll be dipping some carrots in it for lunch today 🙂 Delicious!
Hi Katie, awesome!! So glad you enjoyed it (and made extra haha)
This looks so good! How long can you store it for?
Hi Marla, it will be good in the fridge for about 12 days give or take.
