It’s been a hot hot summer so far here in Ontario, and I think pretty much everywhere… There’s nothing like cooling down with a delicious point friendly frozen treat! These peaches & cream popsicles are so easy and everyone will love them, only 3 ingredients and 5 minutes of your time! I personally don’t count blended fruit and that makes these tasty treats only 1 smart point each. ๐ If you do count the fruit then the nutritional info is listed below.. Enjoy!

Haven’t tried any recipes yet but want to congratulate you for this Canadian site. Most sites giving recipes with SmartPoints are in the States. Some ingredients in the recipes given are unavailable here. I live in Ontario, near Ottawa. I set myself a goal (lose 58 lbs.) I still have 26 to go but I know I’ll get there. Wish you all the best!
Hi Nicole, thank you! Way to go on the loss, that’s awesome.. I do get some things in the U.S, I too am in Ontario and only 45 minutes from Niagara falls border so I cross often, but most things I buy here.. Good luck on your journey ๐
These sound delicious. Thank you for sharing your recipes. As a new Weight Watchers member, I am most appreciative.

Can you use canned peaches?
You could but you’d need to be sure you drain all the juices as that has points
