The first time I tried Instant Pot Honey Garlic Chicken was in a Chinese restaurant. The flavor was so delicious that I knew I had to learn how to make it at home.
This recipe is very easy to make and is perfect for a quick and healthy dinner. Just season the chopped chicken breasts with salt and pepper, sear them in the Sauté function of the Instant Pot, and then toss them with a sauce made with honey, garlic, tomato sauce, soy sauce, oregano, and parsley.
To make it Weight Watchers friendly, just use sugar-free tomato sauce, stevia, a minimal amount of honey, and skinless chicken breasts.

Instructions:
Season the chicken breasts with oregano and black pepper on both sides.
Set the Instant Pot to “Sauté” mode. Add oil and sear the chicken until browned on both sides. Remove chicken and set aside.

This looks delicious. I don’t have an Instant Pot but I am going to try it in my slow cooker.
Can you please explain what light tomato sauce is? I’ve never heard of it. Thank you!
That was my question, too! I wonder if it might be ketchup, which the Brits call “tomato sauce.”
Sorry I missed this! Yes, you are right, I mean sugar free ketchup
