Hot, bubbling, cheesy spinach dip is one of those appetizers that empties before the main course even hits the table. This version keeps all the rich, creamy, pull-apart goodness you love while sneaking in a solid serving of spinach — which everyone seems perfectly happy about when it’s swimming in melted cheese. It comes together quickly, bakes up golden and irresistible, and works with everything from pita chips to fresh veggies for dipping. Make it once and it will become your most-requested party recipe.

  • Swap: Use reduced-fat cream cheese and part-skim mozzarella to cut calories without sacrificing that gooey, melty texture.
  • Make-ahead: Assemble the dip up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerate unbaked; bake just before your guests arrive.
  • Storage: Refrigerate leftovers in a covered dish for up to 3 days; reheat in the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  • Variation: Add diced artichoke hearts to make it a classic spinach-artichoke dip with no extra effort.
  • Serving: Set out a mix of dippers — sliced baguette, pita chips, cucumber rounds, and bell pepper strips all work perfectly.

If your anything like me… you know to stay clear of the hot dips…because I just cant stop!! 😉 So I decided to make one that was point friendly.. And a great addition to your Superbowl party. 🙂 It is easy to whip up and takes only 15 minutes in the oven.. and the results are a gooey cheesy warm and yummy dip that you can enjoy without too much guilt!
