This garlic bacon and cheese pull apart bread is one of those recipes that causes an immediate crowd around the pan the second it comes out of the oven. Soft bread scored and stuffed between every cut with garlic butter, crispy bacon, and melted cheese — each pull reveals a steaming, gooey, savory bite that’s completely impossible to resist. It’s the ultimate sharing food for game days, parties, or family dinners where you want a side dish that actually steals the show. Make it once and it becomes the most requested thing you bring.

  • Swap: Use turkey bacon to reduce fat while keeping the smoky, salty flavor that makes this bread so addictive.
  • Make-ahead: Prepare the garlic butter and cook the bacon up to a day ahead; assemble and bake just before serving.
  • Storage: Wrap leftovers in foil and refrigerate for up to 2 days; reheat in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes to restore the crisp.
  • Variation: Add diced jalapeños or a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy version with extra kick.
  • Serving: Serve alongside a bowl of marinara or warm pizza sauce for dipping — it takes an already great recipe up another level.

garlic bacon cheese bread on white plate with dipping sauce
4sp/3pp per serving

Ingredients

  • 1-7.5 oz package pillsbury biscuits, from the value 4 pack If you can’t find that size you can use a regular sized pack but keep in mind points might go up a bit.
  • 1 Tbsp melted garlic spread, store bought, as alternative you can use melted butter with garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp bacon crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves diced fresh garlic

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F, spray your bundt pan and set aside. If you don’t have a bundt pan you could probably use a loaf pan it just obviously wont be a circle.
  • Cut your biscuit into 6 pieces each.
  • Melt your garlic spread. In a small bowl gently mix your biscuits with all your ingredients.
  • Place pieces into your bundt pan using your hands, yes it will be a little messy but you can evenly spread it better.
  • Bake in oven for approximately 12-15 minutes, checking on it towards the end.
  • Flip over pan, some pieces may fall out of place but can easily be put back together once its on your plate. Serve with your favorite light dip. Makes 6 servings at 4 smart points each,3pp. (points does not include dip)
