If you’re a pickle lover, this dip was made for you. Creamy, tangy, and loaded with chopped dill pickles and pickle brine, it’s the kind of appetizer that draws a crowd around the snack table fast. The flavors are bold and bright — a little salty, a little garlicky, with that signature pickle punch in every bite. It takes about 5 minutes to whip together and gets even better after a quick chill. Scoop it up with pretzels, chips, veggies, or spread it thickly on a sandwich — no judgment here.
- • Swap: Use light cream cheese and non-fat Greek yogurt in place of full-fat versions to keep it lighter without losing any creaminess.
- • Make-ahead: Make this dip up to 2 days ahead — the flavors intensify beautifully as it sits in the fridge.
- • Storage: Keeps refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 5 days; stir before serving.
- • Variation: Add a pinch of smoked paprika and a few dashes of hot sauce for a spicy, smoky pickle dip twist.
- • Serving: Pair with pretzel crisps, kettle chips, or sliced cucumbers for the ultimate salty snack spread.
I love whipping up easily made dips.. They are great to serve while watching football on the weekends. Truth be told I am not a fan of pickles, I like dill pickle chips but it stops there haha. My husband loves pickles and I know there are a lot of pickle lovers out there so this one is for you ๐ This dill pickle dip was so easy to make, just 5 minutes and a few ingredients. Makes 8- 1/4 cup servings at 2PP or 2SP each on all 3 MyWW programs and just 48 calories.
