If your like me and love your pancakes then you might of been a little upset to see they took a bit of a hit as far as points go, 1/3 cup of pancake mix use to cost you 3pp and now you will be handing over 5sp for that same serving ๐ But this girl was not going to give up her pancakes!! I will still make up my mix from time to time, but I though I would try and create some from scratch that might be a little more filling and satisfying.. So I made these delicious banana oatmeal chocolate chip pancakes that were yummy and filling, now keep in mind due to the banana in there the texture is different. Makes 6 pancakes at 8 smart points or 7 points plus.
Banana oatmeal chocolate chip pancakes

Instructions
- Heat up your griddle on the stove and spray with some cooking spray.

I just blackened banana and found this recipe. Making these now but substituting milk. Can’t wait!
I hope you enjoy them ๐
How are these only 7 or 8 points? The chips alone are 7 points for 2 tbsp. I ate them and then went to log them and want to cry because this recipe is 14 points!!!
because it is 2 tsp not Tbsp ๐ the only other points come from the oats and flour
Hi! Can the batter be refrigerated and cooked over the course of a week?
Hi, I would think maybe a day or two in the fridge would be ok but not sure about a week
