Everything you love about a bacon cheeseburger — the savory beef, crispy bacon, melted cheese — wrapped up in a golden, flaky roll. These bacon cheeseburger rolls are the kind of fun, crowd-pleasing food that works for game day, a casual dinner, or feeding a group of hungry kids who just want something delicious. They come together quickly using simple ingredients you probably already have, and they disappear just as fast. Fair warning: you’ll want to have extra napkins ready.
- Swap: Use lean ground turkey or chicken instead of beef for a lighter version that’s just as satisfying.
- Make-ahead: Brown and season the meat filling ahead of time; refrigerate for up to 2 days before assembling and baking.
- Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days; reheat in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes to keep them crisp.
- Variation: Add diced pickles and a squirt of mustard inside for a classic cheeseburger flavor that really pops.
- Serving: Serve with a side of ketchup, special sauce, or a simple green salad to round out the meal.
