Sticking to a health plan is challenging and we all know about the inspirations at first and the temptations that soon follow. The urge to not feel hungry is all too real, but finding a variety of snack options will help fill the meal gap.

We assembled a list of 15 tasty treats that are all Weight Watcher-friendly and hopefully, these will help you keep on track well into the new year!

1. ORGANIC ROASTED SEAWEED SNACK PACK

Chock full of vitamins, this crunchy, salty treat mimics a crunchy chip. If you love that umami-rich flavor and want a healthy snack that is 100 calories per package and 3 WW points, this will be your snack of choice. It is by far the best deal at Costco, compared to other stores.

2. CHICKEN MELTS

Just 1 minute in the microwave and you have a cheesy, chicken pita that is only 5 Weight Watcher’s points. This lunch option will warm you up and fill you up. You could also use them as appetizers and cut them into bite-sized squares.

3. KIRKLAND SIGNATURE PROTEIN BARS

These Chocolate Peanut Butter Chunk Protein Bars are so delicious you’ll think you’re eating a candy bar. They cram 21 grams of protein in only 180 calories and 4 Weight Watchers points. Put these on your list for a quick grab-and-go snack.

4. FAIRLIFE NUTRITION PLAN PROTEIN SHAKE

These Fairlife protein shakes taste just like chocolate milk. They’ll give you all those childhood vibes without all the sugar. They will give you that little boost to get you through the day. These have 30 grams of protein, 150 calories, and only 2 WW points.

5. SKINNY POP POPCORN

At 2 Weight Watchers points these individually wrapped popcorn bags are so great for an anytime snack. It’s called Skinny Pop but you can’t tell it’s healthy. It still has the same salty goodness you love in popcorn but without calories.

6. KIRKLAND SIGNATURE ORGANIC HUMMUS

These hummus cups are so easy to take with you anywhere and so versatile as a dip or spread. Hummus is a good source of fiber and will curb your appetite until your next meal. These individual cups make it easy for portion control. Each cup is 5 Weight Watchers points.

7. KIRKLAND SIGNATURE TURKEY JERKY

Jerky is always a good protein to curb that midday hunger but this turkey jerky, made with premium turkey breast is healthier and just as tasty as beef jerky. One serving of this flavorful snack is 2 Weight Watchers points.

8. TASSOS DOUBLE STUFFED GREEN OLIVES

This briny, spicy treat will make you rethink the traditional green martini olives. These olives are huge and packed with flavor. At 1 Weight Watcher’s point for 6 of them, these will satiate that salty, spicy craving any time of the day.

9. KIRKLAND SIGNATURE CHUNK CHICKEN BREAST

A great source of protein and extra lean, this chicken is so versatile and affordable. Use this chicken in salads, wraps, quesadillas, or even sandwiches, but for a light quick snack, you can mix it with a light mayo or Greek yogurt and eat it with veggies. It is such a time saver! At 1 WW point per serving, you will make this a go-to snack or lunch.

10. CRUNCHMASTER RICE CRACKERS

These crackers are my absolute favorite! They come in a 6-pack box with both sesame and artisan four-cheese flavor. You get 16 crackers for 4 WW points. To stay on track with your goals these are a good option instead of chips or bread.

11. CHOBANI NONFAT GREEK YOGURT

At Costco, this yogurt comes in a variety pack. At 3 points per cup, this yogurt is thick, creamy and so seemingly indulgent with fresh fruit on the bottom. This is such a great snack if you have a sweet tooth but trying to stay on track.

12. HOODY’S ROASTED IN-SHELL PEANUTS

At 5 Weight Watcher’s points per 24 peanuts, it may not seem like the best use of your points but these salty peanuts will come in clutch as an alternative to your traditional game day snacks. The best part about eating shelled nuts is that you have to work for each bite helping you eat slower and savor each one.

13. BETTERBODY FOODS ORGANIC PBFIT PEANUT BUTTER POWDER

Peanut butter powder has been all the craze for quite some time now and for good reason. With 90% less fat and 1⁄3 of the calories of regular peanut butter, it lets you indulge in peanut butter more often and without guilt. You get a 2-tablespoon serving for 1 Weight Watcher’s point.

14. COSTCO PREMIUM BLUEBERRIES

Costco, by far, has the best price on fresh blueberries. They are always robust and delicious! Blueberries are one the most nutritious superfoods you can eat. They are a great source of antioxidants and fiber. They are affordable, delicious and zero points for a half cup.

15. MINH MINI CHICKEN EGG ROLLS

You’ll think you’re splurging with these crispy-filled treats. You get 3 in a serving for 4 Weight Watcher’s points. They are very easy to cook in an air fryer and they will be your new favorite appetizer.
