- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can diced tomatoes, 796ml
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1.5 cups thinly sliced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp chili powder
Brown the ground turkey in a frying pan on the stove. Add to the crockpot
Mix in all ingredients and cook on high for 4-5 hours, low 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
