Griddle Pizza on the Traeger Flatrock
My family loves homemade pizza, and making it on the Traeger Flatrock griddle achieves a perfectly crispy and chewy crust with melty cheese and toppings. It’s great for quick weeknight meals or your next game day.

Servings: 4 people
- 1 can Pillsbury Pizza Dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 15 sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Yellow Onion diced
- 1/4 cup Green Pepper diced
- 2 tsp Smoked Q Rock's Anytime Seasoning
To get started, I preheated my Traeger Flatrock on medium-high heat, using some water to judge when it was warmed up.
Once it is up to temperature, I drizzle on some olive oil, roll out half the Pillsbury pizza dough on the hot griddle surface, and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden and crisp, then flip it over.
Now I build my pizza first with a layer of pizza sauce, then shredded mozzarella, then some pepperoni, ground beef, diced yellow onion, and diced green pepper before finishing off with a heavy layer of mozzarella cheese and sprinkling my Rock's Anytime Seasoning over the top.
Then I used a hood to cover and cook for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the bottom of the dough is crispy.
Remove from the griddle, slice, and serve hot.
