Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon butter 3 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer: Start by preheating your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for about 3-5 minutes. This ensures that the air fryer is at the right temperature for even cooking.
  • Prepare the cooking pan: Take a small, air fryer-safe pan or a silicone mold. Place it in the air fryer basket to check the fit—make sure there’s enough space for the eggs to cook properly. Lightly grease the pan with butter to prevent the eggs from sticking and to add extra flavor.
  • Crack the eggs: Crack the eggs into the prepared pan. Be careful not to break the yolks.
  • Season the eggs: Sprinkle a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper over the eggs to taste. If you like a little heat, you can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper or onion powder to enhance the flavor.
  • Cook the eggs: Carefully place the pan into the preheated air fryer basket. Set the air fryer temperature to 300°F (150°C) and cook for about 5 minutes, depending on how runny or firm you like your egg yolks. For a soft yolk, aim for 5 minutes; for a firmer yolk, cook for 8 minutes.
  • Check and serve: Once the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness, carefully remove the pan from the air fryer. Allow the eggs to cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

Just 1 WW Point per serving of 2 eggs.
