Ingredients

white cake mix
I use Betty Crocker

unsweetened applesauce
3
T
egg whites
1/4
cup
water
1/2
t
peppermint extract
1.5

crushed candy cane bits
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix up all of your ingredients and divide into a sprayed 24 mini muffin pan.
Bake in oven for approx. 10 minutes.
Let cool and then top with a little vanilla icing (I used 2T Betty Crocker) then sprinkle with candy cane bits.
