Sauté the turkey in 1 tsp (5 ml) olive oil, then add 1 medium onion, diced (about 1 cup or 150 g), 1 green bell pepper, diced (about 1 cup or 150 g), and 1 small green chili pepper, diced (optional, about 30 g). Stir in 2 tbsp (30 g) tomato paste, 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained (400 g), and 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed (425 g).
